-visceral larva migrans mostly preschool kids (liver, lung, skeletal muscle, occasionally heart): fever, myalgia, weight loss, cough, rashes, hepatosplenomegaly, hypereosniophilia
-ocular larva migrans blindness
most infections are asymptomatic
