Khamenei did his usual bluster but he also repeated Iran's position which: If the other side does their obligations, Iran will also go back to #IranDeal, i.e. bring down enrichment to below 4 percent.
Khamenei also repeatedly said Iran won't build a nuclear weapon since it sees that as contrary to Islamic teachings. He said Iran won't even "think" of building such a weapon.
Responding to the recent statements of US and E3, Khamenei did his usual big-talk, calling their statements "arrogant", "as if we owe them something", "unjust" and "wrong language." He said this will lead to US and Europeans "being even more hated by the Iranian nation."
But as I said, despite all the big talk, Khamenei has the same position not only as Rouhani but also of Biden: He says that Iran would accept returning to #IranDeal of 2015 if the other side also accepts it.
The question remains one of choreography, i.e. who does what first.

Khamenei also acknowledged the differences between Rouhani's administration and the conservative-led parliament and said they had to resolve these differences and put an end to 'bivocalism'
