Order was reserved by Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana on February 20.

Disha Ravi's one-day police custody with @DelhiPolice also ends today.

#DishaRavi #ToolKit
Opposing grant of bail, the Prosecution had raised apprehensions of evidence tampering.

Prosecution had alleged Ravi conspired with pro-Khalistani organisations to defame India and incite violence amid the #FarmersProtests.

#DishaRavi @DelhiPolice
Ravi, on the other hand, contended that she had no links with the Khalistan movement and a case of sedition could not be sustained against her.

Judge Dharmender Rana passed the bail order.

#DishaRavi #DishaRaviBail #FarmersProtests #ToolKit @GretaThunberg #GretaThunberg
In its order, the Court says that considering the scanty and sketchy evidence, there were no palpable reasons to breach the rule of bail for a 22-year-old girl who has absolutely no criminal antecedents.

#DishaRavi #ToolKit

@DelhiPolice
As part of bail conditions, Delhi Court has directed #DishaRavi to co-operate with @DelhiPolice investigation.

Court says Ravi shall now leave the country and scrupulously appear before court concerned at each and every stage of proceedings.

#DishaRavibail
The Delhi court while granting bail to Disha Ravi has relied on Rig Veda to underscore respect for divergence in opinion.

"This 5000 year old civilisation of ours has never been averse to ideas from varied quarters"
Delhi court reproduces the relevant portion of toolkit in its order.

"Call for violence conspicuously absent"

"Offence of sedition cannot be invoked to minister wounded vanity of governments," it holds.
