👉 Full voting power towards each vote (think about it as firing a 🔫 - not amount of bullets in it).
👉 Vote can be YES vote, NO vote, or ABSTAIN (not vote for proposal at all). 13/n

Decisions, decisions:

👉 Change vote if you change your mind 🤔
👉 Once you upvote/downvote - cannot abstain anymore - only change between 2 options

Funding Logics:

👉 15% more YES votes than NO votes for any project to be approved for funding
