۲۰۱۷ کان وٺي اسان کنڀي گم ڪيل سياسي ڪارڪنن جي گهر وارن جون ڏکوئيندڙ ڳالهيون ٻڌيون آهن ۽ سنڌ جي ڪيترن ئي شهرن ۾ گم ٿيل ماڻهن جي ڪٽنبن طرفان دل ڏاريندڙ احتجاج ٿيندي پڻ ڏٺا آهن. سنڌي عورتون ،

،جيڪي انهن کنبي گم ڪيلن جون وارث آهن اهي اڪثر پنهنجن پيارن جي آزادي لاءِ ڪراچي، لاڙڪاڻو ، حيدرآباد ، خيرپور ، ميرپورخاص ، گهوٽڪي ، بدين ، ۽ ڪنڌڪوٽ ضلعن ۾ لڳندڙ ڌرڻن ۽ احتجاجي تحريڪ ۾ اڳڀرو رهيون آهن.

پريس ڪلب انهن احتجاج ڪندڙن لاءِ هڪ ٻئي بدقسمت گهر ۾ بدلجي چڪو آهي،

جيڪي اتي مسلسل بک هڙتالن تي ويهڻ سان گڏوگڏ پنهنجي پيارن جي ڪيسن جي پيروي ڪندي قانوني طريقي سان گڏ پنهنجن پيارن جي واپسي جو مطالبو ڪن ٿيون. انهن عورتن نه رڳو پنهنجي لاءِ آواز بلند ڪيو آهي پر شيعه ، بلوچ ۽ اردو ڳالهائيندڙ سنڌي گم ٿيل ماڻهن جي خاندانن کي به دعوت ڏيندي

پنهنجي پيارن جي آزادي لاءِ جدوجهد ڪرڻ لاءِ پليٽ فارم پڻ فراهم ڪيو آهي.

هراسانيءَ ۽ مسلسل نگرانيءَ کي منهن ڏيڻ جي باوجود ، انهن عورتن گم ٿيل ماڻهن جي واپسي لاءِ جدوجهد جاري رکي آهي. انهن کي خاموش ڪرڻ جي لاءِ ڪيتريون ئي سازشون ڪيون ويون جن ۾ ڪڏهن مٿن لاٺي چارج ڪئي وئي ته ڪڏهن

آنسو گئس پڻ اڇلايو ويو. انهن عورتن جي عڪس پوليس جي ڪارروائي جي مزاحمت ڪندي ، ۽ رياست جي ايجنٽن جي اکين ۾ اکيون وجهي ، انهيءَ جدوجهد جو جرئتمندي سان دفاع ڪندي پنهنجي پيارن جي بازيابي واري جهدوجهد کي ڪامياب پئي بڻايو آھي۔ آهي.
هن سال جي شروع ۾ سنڌ سڀا (جيڪو هڪ حق پرست گروپ آهي)

ان ڪراچي کان راولپنڊي تائين پيادل لانگ مارچ شروع ڪيو جنهن ۾ عورتون ۽ ٻارڙا شامل هئا ، پر پنجاب جي حدن تي پهچڻ سان کين پنجاب ۾ داخلا کان روڪيو ويو ۽ کين گرفتار ڪرڻ سان گڏوگڏ جسماني تشدد جو پڻ شڪار بڻايو ويو.پر امن احتجاج ڪرڻ کان روڪي، هڪ خطي مان ٻئي خطي ڏانهن منتقل ٿيڻ

جي آزادي ڇني، ۽ غير متوقع نظربندي بعد انهن کي آزاد ڪرڻ کانپوءِ حيدرآباد واپس وڃڻ تي مجبور ڪيو ويو انهن احتجاج ڪندڙن هار مڃڻ جي بدران پنهنجو پرامن احتجاج جاري رکيو.

جيتوڻيڪ ڪيترائي گم ٿيل سنڌي سياسي ڪارڪن آهن ، ڪيترائي استاد ، شاگرد ، انساني حقن جي تنظيمن جا ڪارڪن يا سرڪاري

عملدارآهن. افسوس جي ڳالهه اها آهي ته گم ٿي ويلن ۾ سياسي ڪارڪنن جا ٻار به شامل آهن. انهن سياسي سماجي ڪارڪنن جي گهرن تي چڙهايون ڪري سندن معصوم ٻارن کي به گم ڪيو وڃي ٿو اهي ٻار به اغوا ڪيا ويا آهن ۽ انهن کان بنا ڪنهن الزام جي قيد ڪيو پئي ويو آهي. جڏهن ته انهن جي گهر وارن کي پنهنجي

اولاد جي بابت ڪجهه به نٿو ٻڌاويو وڃي.

اسان اختيارين کان مطالبو ڪريون ٿا ته سڀني گم ٿيل ماڻهن کي واپس ڪيو وڃي ۽ سول سوسائٽي ۽ متاثرين خاندانن جي مشاورت سان جبري گمشدگي کي ”جرم“ بڻائڻ جو واعدو پورو ڪيو وڃي، ڇاڪاڻ ته سڌريل سماجن ۾ جبري گمشدگي هڪ جرم آهي.
حڪومت سڀني ماڻهن جي جبري

گمشدگي جي حفاظت بابت بين الاقوامي ڪنوينشن جي پڻ توثيق ڪري ، ۽ لاپتا ماڻهن جي واپسي جو مطالبو ڪندڙ ڪارڪنن کي هيسائڻ ۽ کين هراسان ڪرڻ خلاف پڻ ڪاروائي ڪندي ان عمل کي روڪڻ لاءِ قدم کڻي.

اسان انهن عورتن سان پڻ سندن پيارن جي آزادي لاءِ مستقل مزاجي سان جدوجهد ڪرڻ تي اظهار يڪجهتي ڪريون ٿا، هڪ اهڙي جدوجهد جنهن سان رياست پنهنجو غيرمناسب رويو اختيار ڪندي رهي ٿي.

2017 کے بعد سے ، ہم نے سندھ کے متعدد شہروں بشمول کراچی، حیدرآباد ، خیرپور ، میرپورخاص ، لاڑکانہ، گھوٹکی ، بدین ، اور کندھکوٹ اضلاع میں لاپتہ افراد کے لواحقین کی جانب سے مسلسل مظاہرے دیکھے ہیں۔ #AuratMarch2021 #PatriarchyKaPandemic

ان دھرنوں میں سندھی خواتین جو ان میں سے بیشتر لاپتہ افراد کی لواحقین ہیں ، احتجاجی تحریک میں سب سے آگے رہی ہیں۔مختلف پریس کلب ان مظاہرین کے ایک اور بدقسمت گھر میں تبدیل ہوگئے ہیں جیسے کہ وہ وہاں قیام کرتے ہیں ۔ بعض اوقات بھوک ہڑتالوں پر اپنے پیاروں کی واپسی کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں اور

یہ کہ ان کے معاملات پر مناسب قانونی کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے۔ ان خواتین نے نہ صرف اپنوں کے لئے آواز اٹھائی ہے بلکہ شیعہ ، بلوچ اور اردو بولنے والے سندھی لاپتہ افراد کے اہل خانہ کو بھی دعوت دی اور ایک پلیٹ فارم مہیا کیا ہے۔

Voluntary religious conversion, which is recognised as a human right, is a one-sided affair here; it involves force & usually entails

child marriages whereby only religious minorities are seen to be converting - thus proving the extent of how 'voluntary' they are. Although there are girls who choose to willingly convert & boldly testify the same in court, most of the ones who've been forced to convert also..

You denied us the right to speak, to breathe freely, to walk, & to exist as human beings (rather than objects) with basic respect. We were forcefully pushed to the ground only to get back up again collectively.

Again. And again. And here we are now, standing shoulder to shoulder, ready to show you exactly what you're so afraid of & have always been - i.e. our strength & might in spite of your injustices.

survivors and their families are often silenced by the criminal justice system - including police, legislature and judiciary - & by society as a whole.

Consequently, these cases often go unregistered because victim-survivors are gaslighted, victim-blamed, slut-shamed..

& risk developing the status of “social pariahs” whilst fighting an uphill battle; the financial legal costs are another hurdle in & of themselves. The guilt is, unfortunately, always associated with the victim-survivor rather than the perpetrator.
