11. DGHS appoints a committee on looking into the policy of the burial ban of #COVID19 victims. Note there were no virologist or epidemiologists in the "expert" committee in #SriLanka!

16. This government then tries to bury the victims in an offshore islands knowing well there were no risk of burials in any traditional cemetery.

17. It is imperative, everyone behind the policy of #ForcedCremations in #SriLanka be held to account for their actions. No gazette will be enough to reverse what was done to hundreds of victims who were forcefully cremated. Some were not victims of #COVID19!
