(1) Loof Science II - Afterword

(2) Well it took a long time, but I finally re-reviewed all the dog scent and alert data with the new knowledge I received from Jeff Young. The pandemic delayed me, but I was not deterred.

(3) I looked at each track under multiple working theories:

- Tracking or Air Trailing
- Teresa's Scent
- Freshest Scent Trail
- Contaminator of Scent Article/Carrier of Teresa's Scent
- Other training goal (drugs/human remains/explosives)

(4) I also looked for corroboration from the HRD dogs, especially from Julie Cramer and Brutus.

(5) Loof ignored fresh human trails laid down by people who were not present when Loof started the track. This is something she trained on (left).

Loof did appear to follow human cremains, which she had tested on in October 2005 (right).

(6) After this re-review, I hope to get to talk to Jeff Young again about my findings.

It seems on many tracks, the contaminated scent article/Teresa scent transfer theory fits the information best, forcing my attention once again on Ryan Hillegas and Scott Bloedorn.

(7) If Teresa left the Avery Auto Salvage Yard, she likely was headed home, and would have arrived around 3:20pm. If Teresa had any time at home, she would have dropped things off.

Scott Bloedorn worked construction during daylight hours, until 4:30pm or a bit later.

8) I think she also would have contacted someone by 4:30pm.

For these reasons, I don't really suspect Scott Bloedorn.

For a host of other reasons, I strongly suspect Ryan Hillegas.

(9) The pandemic has caused delay after delay, and the state hopes we will forget our outrage, as it continues to cover-up Law Enforcement Officer malfeasance.

The state has even funded propaganda campaigns against the innocent, but the truth is as obvious as Loof Track #6.
