Singhvi: I was offered myself and said it was complete vegetarian. Though I did not have it..

CJI: the fact of the matter is under prevention of cruelty to animals killing is not cruelty. That's the truth. Dr Edward Bono said lot of people had horror of simple. Some people don't like simple statement and complicate it beyond understanding.
CJI: Killing is not cruelty. You must look at this with dispassion.
Singhvi: lot of work needs to be done. Punishment for animal cruelty is not justified. Such heinous....
CJI: I had heard the Deonar Abattoir case in Mumbai, the pleadings were itself unpleasant.
