Key points from Dr. McCullough’s August 2020 JAMA article:

1 - #COVID19 hospitalizations and death CAN be reduced with outpatient treatment.

2 - Principles of #COVID19 outpatient care include:
1) reduction of reinoculation,
2) combination antiviral therapy,
3) immunomodulation,
4) antiplatelet/antithrombotic therapy
5) administration of oxygen, monitoring, and telemedicine

3 - Future randomized trials will undoubtedly refine and clarify ambulatory treatment, however we emphasize the immediate need for management guidance in the current crisis of widespread hospital resource consumption, morbidity, and mortality.

Dr. McCullough’s Nutraceutical Bundle for outpatient #COVID19 patients:
Vitamin D 5000 IU a day
Vitamin C 3000 mg a day
Quercetin 500 mg 2x a day
Zinc sulfate, 220 mg a day

For #COVID19 patients over 50:
Antibody infusions (monoclonal antibodies) plus
Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin plus
Oral steroids like prednisone or inhaled budesonide plus
Colchicine 0.6 mg bid for 3 days, then 0.6 mg/day

For #COVID19 patients with heart & lung disease:
Strong blood thinners like low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH), novel anticoagulants, or aspirin 325 mg a day can be used

Keep windows open to reduce the viral density and remove stagnant air; goal is to reduce risk of re-inoculation.

It takes 4-6 drugs to take a #COVID19 patient that would have ended up on a #ventilator and guide them through the illness so in the end they have what’s called #NaturalImmunity. This is very important. Natural immunity is both complete and durable.

#COVID19 recovered patients are a blessing in disguise. They are the safest people to be around. Their natural immunity is complete and durable. It is nonsensical to waste vaccinations on recovered COVID19 patients or to require them to #PCR test.

#COVID19 #Prophylaxis protocol:
Hydroxychloroquine 200mg 2 times one day a week
Or
Ivermectin 18mg every 5 days
Prophylaxis provides 90% protection from COVID19 infection similar to #vaccine protection.
