➡️ He proposes tribalization of #Ethiopia & pioneers the term "self-determination" in the Ethiopian context to weaken & fragment the country.

➡️ Colonial rule is proposed as desired to liberate people from "Tyranny of the #Amhara".

Fascist invasion of #Ethiopia was intended to avenge humiliation at Battle of #Adwa under Menelik II. Their approach was to incentivize "extermination of all #Amhara chiefs" through propaganda & payment.

This ideology is developed by Western scholars on Africa, student movement, & eventually becomes the very essence of #TPLF's "ethnic federalism".

➡️ Wallelign Mekonnen's 1969 essay on "On the Question of Nationalities in #Ethiopia" alludes to oppression by Amhara.

...others by Amhara but ironically proponents of the theory omit author's mention of "Amhara-Tigre".

➡️ Scholars such as @rene_renelefort allude to #Amhara tyranny via tweets & book.

➡️ Diplomats such as @CohenOnAfrica use above terminology.

In this way, the concept of "self-determination" & the advent/rise of the liberation fronts were a decades-long project in the making under influence from Colonialists, Nazis & Fascists to cause the fragmentation of #Ethiopia.

In short, #TPLF & #OLF are Nazi groups.
