10 minute dispersal order given by riot police
Brooklyn Center police officers in riot gear stand outside the police station amongst debris thrown at them by the crowd 
The police indicated the 10 minute dispersal order has expired, many people don't seem intent on leaving.

#DuanteWright's mother spoke earlier in the night at the protest of her son's killing saying how Duante was on his way to get a car wash and apparently was pulled over because there was air freshener in the rear view mirror.
Officers just fired a volley of tear gas canisters at the crowd of protesters calling out today’s police killing of Duante Wright in Minnesota.
It only seems mildly effective as the crowd moved back slightly but hasn’t dispersed. At least one arrest.
