We expect government to control second wave at war foot..
What we as a citizen can do to curb this crisis from becoming menace
It only requires a little organizing & planning for our and social wellness
- List all your outside home activities that you need to do for next 5-7 weeks
- Sit with family classify as urgent, medium,low
-Prioritize the urgent ones and delegate it to youngest adult
- Take stock of your 3 months travel plans for pilgrimage , events, functions
- Politely decline all unnecessary visits by friends & relatives
- Be friend your nearest convenience store for door delivery of groceries,essentials , milk etc
- Some items can be stocked up like meds, groceries [Dont hoard ]
- Have sufficient coins and cash in least denomination for transacting without receiving balance it saves time and you can minimize your contact with outside notes
- List all what all utilities needs transacting by cash for next 2 months for exact tendering
- Check if you have sufficient stock of sanitizing hygiene needs like liquid soap,handsoap,sanitiser, mask,gloves , floor & Toilet cleaners
- Practise washing feets as well whenever you visit your home
- Fumigate your living room,dining room and bed room with a simple dhoop
- if your job is of working outside home nature , Do plan your meal and snacks from home..
-Use wet tissues over lunchbox / snack box outer surfaces
-Use three surgical masks two for commute and one at your workplace
-Seat , commute as per social distancing norms
- Use mask extender straps if your masks are not covering fully
- Speak to your teens and elderly at home to practice good hygiene regime
- It may look too much to adhere but it is for everyone's good and all above a must habit even for our future wellness and cleanliness
I know many frontline workers who treat/test covid affected patients for almost year now without not even single symptom of even common cold

How to divert ourselves from covid anxiety / apprehension
- Do some different work from your routine
- Try to be a leftie for some work like buttoning your shirt, sweeping with left hand, washing face Anti clockwise
- Try a different meal of your choice
- Practice journalling, studies say that if you write your worrying thoughts over a piece of paper half of them will vanish
- Maintain a gratitude journal
- Remember most difficult situation or circumstances of your life and how you made it over
- Make courtesy call to your friends or relatives whom you have not contacted for a while
- Write up a thank you note or message to the one who has helped over the crisis period

To Prevent :
- Set water drinking reminder
- Drink fresh water
- Avoid ice water
- Drink mud pot stored water with herbal infusion ( Khus / Tulsi / Chia seeds) at start of day 1/n
- Drink Lemon juice daily at afternoon with a pinch of Himalayan salt
- Avoid spicy and deep fried foods
- Include more greens of all types
- Include more salads of Cucumber /raddish/ onion / tomato
- Include plantain pith and plantain flower
- Take oil bath with Gingelly oil atleast once a week
- Apply sandalwood paste over feet, forehead and palm to regulate your body temperature
- Meditate and practice yoga nidra
