Brooklyn Center, MN is under a 10 PM - 6 AM curfew tonight.
Presumably, Hennepin County Sheriff Dave Hutchinson will again be the Incident Commander directing the behavior of officers from the various LEO agencies.
Today, Brooklyn Center Mike Elliott called last night’s use of gas by police under Hutchinson’s command “not a humane way of policing.”
Mayor Elliott also said police ordering media covering the protests to leave was “absolutely, unequivocally unacceptable.”

The state objects to showing the jury part of the video, says it shows an officer running George Floyd's info in the squad car and the BWC video captured it
The video also contains a bunch of hearsay statements without capturing the main incident in question, MN Asst AG Frank tells the court. Asks for this info to be redacted and for "hearsay" portions to be excluded.
