Diabetes is popularly thought to be only a problem with body to control sugar.
This isn't true

Your body produces a chemical called Insulin.

(This isn't to create a scare this is my personal experience and how it was managed)
Had the vaccine on my left arm.
Day 1-Well little pain at the site
I was fine till around 10 hours after when it all started. I wasn't ready
I noticed I had Fever, Body ache..well started mildly..after about an hour it got a bit bad. I could barely move
Started having chills and rigors and was biting my teeth
I could not sleep I was just rolling like a log of Eba looking for bearing
I went to get Analgesics and immediately I took it I felt a little relief.
At some point I was feeling dizzy thankfully there was an elevator for me to move
Woke up next morning with weakness, took another dose of analgesic felt better but I started having loss of appetite
Lately we have been seeing them develop DVTs (clots in the leg),Well 4 cases of Pulmonary embolism (clot in the lungs)
Due to sitting in a position for long. If you're in this category. Try getting TED stockings it reduces the risk
DVT means Deep Vein Thrombosis, when you are in one position for long, chances are the blood can stay in one position and harden to form clot (Imagine PAP)
Pulmonary embolism- the clot can move from the legs to your chest. It can kill you ( This killed GOLDIE the musician RIP.
TED Stockings means Thromboembolic Deterrent Stockings also called Compression stockings
Basically how it works it is squeezes the muscle of the legs and prevent blood from staying in the legs and reduce the chances of having clots. It is cheap and easy to wear
Basically CIPA is a condition in which due to mutation of a gene that is involved in production of a protein that is involved in pain and temperature sensation. The patient does not feel pain, there is also destruction of nerves to sweat glands so patients don't sweat
a way this patients present is with injuries from skin even to bone injuries. this occurring repeatedly can cause infections in the patient.
Sweating is a way the body cools off, no sweat disturbs body function and can cause Fever and seizures
This rare syndrome is similar though with subtle difference to Congenital Pain Asymbolia which was described by Late Nigerian Ibadan Professor, Prof Osuntokun in 1968.
I will find the article and send to you. A similar case was seen in 1966 in ibadan but with deafness
A young rich man was brought in dead following gunshots in an estate. Twas alarming after we pronounced him dead, the family started fighting right there over his properties
There was fight with the wife as to who gets the death certificate, I've never seen such lack of empathy
The man did not leave a will he was Igbo, the wife was Yoruba. The brothers kept saying they were next in line to receive his properties
Wife said No it is her and the children
Was surprising to see most side with the brothers and not the wife. She cried in horror & was helpless
We told them that the wife was the one who was placed as next of kin and according to legal binding she gets the death certificate, they argued vehemently that she had no right.
The woman was speechless just crying.. there was no one to support her voice in the family
After my last post on the Penis being unable to touch the Cervix
Lot of men disputed it
saying they steadily touch the Cervix during sex
No one is an Island of knowledge
I took 24 hours to go through research papers, journal to understand better
Could they be right?
A thread
As earlier stated the cervix is the lower portion of the Uterus, usually it measures about 2-3 cm
The Vagina varies in length about roughly (7.6- 17.7 cm) (Intl Journal of O and G)
The length of vagina changes during Sex, childbirth, etc to receive or expel Penis or child, etc
During arousal the vagina elongates, lifting up the cervix adding a little distance
Average length during sex is 10cm to 20cm
The primary health care system has collapsed.
What is uncomplicated malaria doing in a teaching hospital
Secondary system too is on verge of collapse
The referral system of healthcare isn't there again. It is all distorted
For example take the Lagos Island for example.
I can categorically beat my chest and tell you 98% of the private hospitals there that have state of the art equipments cannot be afforded by the masses only the elite
The remaining 2% are accessed when they do mission and outreach
