OXYGEN LOW—Two of Delhi's top hospitals reported that their oxygen supplies will last for just 6-12 more hours. The crunch comes as Delhi struggles to cope with an unprecedented daily surge that reached 32,000 last evening.

Pray for India 🇮🇳. #COVID19

2) India curves near vertical despite extremely low testing. Some experts say India is only testing 1/30th of actual cases!
3) the 1/30th under diagnosis is actually the lower estimate. It could be actually 1/42 of cases. And that was just last year!
4) Thus by the 1/30th measure, the 1.6 million new cases reported in India last week alone could actually mean ~50 million new actual cases last week in India 🇮🇳!

I cry for the India 🇮🇳. Brutal epidemic ravaging the country, and hospitals are completely overwhelmed. A staggering 300,000 cases—and possibly 10x underdiagnosis means maybe ~3 million actual cases a day. #COVID19

2) FT thinks underdiagnosis is 10x in India. But some think it’s even higher...
3) By deaths alone, comparing cremations vs reported deaths, some areas have 24x higher underreport.
