It seeks directions to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, AAP Govt & to its vendor INOX Air Products Ltd to immediately supply 3000 Cu/M of LMO to Saroj Super Specialty Hospital and continue the same on a daily basis during the peak of the present COVID wave.
Additionally, as a back-up arrangement 100 D-type 7 Cu/M meter cylinders be provided by the Respondents, the plea said.

Our hospitals are listed on the application of Delhi govt. It includes the ESIC hosps and Railway coaches: Ahuja

Ahuja: 4159 beds given to Delhi Govt excluding 300 beds in base hospital.
Ahuja informs that Delhi is 7th State in terms of active cases. Capacity of beds have been increased for Delhi and other states.

#SupremeCourt CJI Bobde led bench to hear suo motu cognizance taken by it over the issue of the critical situation arising due to shortage in supply of oxygen to hospitals in the Capital and also of the shortage of life-saving drugs.
Yesterday, SupremeCourt took Suo motu with regard to the Supply of oxygen, Supply of Essential Drugs, the method and manner of Vaccination and the power to declare the lockdown. “We want the power to lockout with the State Government not by a judicial order,” said the Court.
