While that word seems whimsical and reeks hypocrisy that Americans are blatantly abandoning basic expectations of help via allowing raw material exports while their pharma MNCs drive in stringent negotiations with the developing world.
Developing situation is a testimony to the glee of Chinese imperialists that Americans can’t get over their petty business interests or they are unable to take up the leadership mantle when world needs it the most. This throws up a very interesting multi polar world.
