How To Make $20K (Or More) In 1-2 Weeks

***Thread***
Making money online requires 3 key ingredients:

1. List
2. Offer
3. Copy

#1 — LIST
Your niche is a GROUP of people with the SAME problem

e.g. Guys to lose at least 20lbs of fat to get 6-packs

e.g. Twitter noobz unable to make their first $100 online

CONTINUED...
And your “list” is just a customer database of non-buyers and buyers stored on a platform:

> Email lists
> Facebook groups
> Telegram groups, etc

But the TYPE of platform doesn’t matter

They’re just tools for us to deliver our…
#2 — OFFER
Your offer is a “packaged” solution

> Product/Service
> Bonuses
> Terms
> Price

It’s everything your customer gets in EXCHANGE for money

e.g. A 90-day group coaching program for $1997 that offers a FULL REFUND if you do the workouts, but don’t get results

CONTINUED
#3 — COPY
Your copy is how you communicate with your audience

It’s how you create messaging that highlights:

> Pain points
> Obstacles
> Future desires

And moves your prospect — mentally and emotionally — to the point of purchase

CONTINUED
Think of your list like money inside a BANK VAULT

But most biz owners are only able to make small “withdrawals”

That’s because they lack the right “combination” of:

>List
>Offer
>Copy

When you get all three dialed-in, you can enjoy a major “heist”

That’s where I come in…
If you have an audience, you’ve got money sitting inside a “vault” right now

I guarantee it

But you don’t know how to unlock it and free up the cash

I DO

And I can help you extract a lump sum in the amount of $20K, $30K or more in as little as 1-2 weeks

Here’s how…
1. You need to sell a proven offer that’s at least $500

That means this ISN’T a NEW offer

You’ve sold it before (successfully)

Courses and coaching programs would be a PERFECT fit

CONTINUED...
2. You have an ENGAGED audience

If you haven’t contacted them in a year… this won’t work

And I won’t feel confident that I can deliver

But if you meet my criteria, this is a near foolproof way to enjoy a serious boost in cash flow... RISK-FREE

CONTINUED...
To recap:

1. I can hand you a lump sum of $20K or more in 1-2 weeks

2. All I need from you is about 90 min of your time to put things in motion.

I’ll handle the rest.

3........
3. This is a new, EXCITING way to pull cash out of your list.

And you won’t need to use discounts or burn your Twitter audience with fake scarcity.

4. I’M TAKING ALL THE RISK
Just pay me a % out of the sales I bring in.

If I fail, you don’t have to pay me anything.

5...
5. My system works whether you’re selling $1K, $2K, $3K offers — or higher.

(My current record is $4,800)

Two of the BEST audience-builders on Twitter:

@APompliano
@david_perell

In a recent interview, Pomp shared how he grew his media empire platform-by-platform...

Including his EMAIL MARKETING strategy.

Here are my 5 favorite takeaways...

👇THREAD...
#1 — SET A CONSISTENT SCHEDULE
Whether it’s once a week or every day…

Pick a frequency…

And STICK to it.

Readers like consistency…

And it’s easier to create when you have a set schedule.
#2 — BUILD YOUR FREE LIST, FIRST
Don’t jump straight into a paid newsletter

Instead, start with a free email list

Use it to build a relationship with your readers…

And help them see the quality of your emails

THEN you can upsell them

An Introduction To Broadcast Emails [5 Popular Types]

Broadcast emails = Manual, one-time emails you send to a group of subscribers in your contact list

You can send them once a year or multiple times a day

Common Mistakes:
√ Inconsistent
√ Infrequent
√ No strategy

Cont..
1. Weekly Newsletters

I think of newsletters like online magazines

My Sunday newsletter tends to go deep on one specific topic

e.g. Ascension ladders, choosing a niche, etc

@jamesclear has a great "round-up" style that touches on different ideas in a single email
2. Promotions

The main purpose of these emails is to SELL

This is what people usually think of when they hear about Daily Emails

You can promote the same offer all week, an affiliate offer, run a 24-hour flash sale, coaching spots, etc

3 Underrated Email Sequences You Can Use In Your Business

1. Welcome
2. Evergreen
3. Win-back

#1 — Welcome
The first set of emails new subscribers get when they join your email list

Common Mistakes:
- Only one email
- Doesn't sell anything
- Doesn't tell your story
#2 — Evergreen
Use this to sell old products that were never sold again post-launch

Common Mistakes:
- Not pre-selling
- Not creating urgency
- Treating it like a boring product instead of something new and exciting
#3 — Win-back
aka Re-engagement

Your priority should be RETAINING past customers and clients — not chasing NEW business

Common Mistakes:
- Waiting too long to follow up
- Not offering an incentive to stay
- Treating them like non-buyers

So show your past customers some love

The Difference Between Working As An In-House vs Remote Copywriter

In-house Copywriters works in offices
Remote Copywriters work anywhere they want

In-house Copywriters tend to work at advertising agencies OR for companies that are heavily into direct response (DR) marketing
The copy you write at an agency is generally NOT direct response

It’s “brand” copywriting

Nobody at ad agencies calls it that, though

They just call it copywriting (CW)

I suspect most ad agency employees don’t even know what DR is
I worked at several agencies over 5 years and I remember hearing the words “Direct response” once

The kind of copywriting created at agencies is what you see on billboards, subway ads, magazines, TV commercials, etc and hear on radio commercials, etc

Here are some examples:

Are attention spans getting shorter?

Between texts, tweets + memes it might seem like it, but...

People still read 300-page books

People still watch 2-hour movies

People still listen to 3-hour Joe Rogan podcasts

Why?

Because people are HUNGRY for amazing, in-depth content
Social media has brought us together only to make us feel disconnected

People are craving real SUBSTANCE that goes beyond surface-level connections

That's why I decided to create an ongoing interview series with successful entrepreneurs
This is an opportunity for you to hear their stories...

Not only their highs, but their lows:

> Their fears
> Their failures
> Their regrets

And how they've survived and thrived when it could've been easier to throw in the towel
