Alcohol Poisoning Changed My Life

(I was never the same man after this)

I woke up & didn’t even remember how I got there.

I was confused & dazed.

Just as I was about to get up, a nurse entered the room.

She told me I had alcohol poisoning.

A moment of shock hit me.

This sense of disgust began to flood through me.

I hated the man I had become.
I took a hard look at myself in the mirror.

And this is what I saw

- a beer belly
- noodle arms
- throw up on my shirt

And ultimately, a FRAUD.

This is not the man I had set out to become.

I was letting my friends, family, and myself down.
So I made a promise to myself at this moment.

I would fulfill my potential and become the man that my peers would be proud of.

I dropped everything and committed to this mission.

It started with my health.
I was going to replace my shitty habits of

- binge eating
- binge drinking
- binge watching Netflix

I went ALL IN.

I trained every single day of the week.

I was on top of my diet like a mad man.
I learned from the greats of the fitness world.

My top 2 mentors were

1) Joe Bennett (The Hypertrophy Coach, 237k Followers on Instagram)

2) Charles Poliquin (Renowned Strength Coach, Author of 8 Books)

I became obsessed with everything revolving around transforming your body
6 months later...

I saw my abs for the 1st time.

I benched 250lbs for the 1st time.

I was proud of what I saw in the mirror for the 1st time.

This was just the start👇
The utter discipline and confidence I gained translated into my relationships.

I became my 100% authentic self.

This lead to attracting like-minded people to join my circle.

This lead to meeting the girl that would become my partner in building a massive empire.
And it even reaped rewards in my financial world.

I started a business from zero and became financially free.

Shifting gears from getting myself out of poor health and low confidence to helping others make a similar transformation.

This was a dream come true.
I began to impact people and their loved ones.

I worked with people to help them

- transform their body
- revitalize their energy
- become the role model for their loved ones

Nothing in life has ever been as fulfilling as this.
