NIGERIANS in the UK, are one of those making things more difficult for those coming in! An employer gives you full sponsorship! brought you into the UK! At almost no cost!!! You signed a 3years contract, it’s barely 1year! You already issuing a resignation letter??? Wow!
Tambout; they ain’t treating me fairly! The employers you served back in your country! Did they treat you fairly?????
Did they even care about you at all???
Many of you lack simple Loyalty and integrity! I bet you you even know what the word means! Fix up! This sucks!
And yeah! Some of you are just outrightly lazy!!! And filled with annoying sense of entitlement!!!
Yes! Nursing in the UK is a lot of hard work and perseverance! No one is going to pay you that much just to sit, take vital signs and document peaceful shift spent all day! You asked for the real work! Now you got it! And suddenly it’s too much?? Smh
I will understand if you leave because you’re being bullied & treated with bias! But did you address it? Many of you are complacent and transfer that attitude to the UK! Forgetting it works differently here. Here, you can speak up! & be heard!
Some are leaving because of high cost of living, which is understandable. Sure you knew about it yet u signed the contract They brought you in here because they needed you! To make life easier for all of us!
You leave the rest of us working our Ass’s off cos we short staffed!
It’s so annoying and unfair!
Now, most employers are not ready to sponsor overseas nurses, especially if you’re from NIGERIA.
Guess you like the sound of that.
We are, our problem.
If I’m in the Employer’s shoes, I’d do the same 🤬
Employ people who understand the basic concept of Integrity and Loyalty.
Don’t they give at least 2 months notice before resignation?
First of all, you ain’t getting the point. 2ndly, is 2 months enough to train someone else up to the level they trained you?

Although Tampons are very affordable, convenient and easy to use, you can even use while swimming, but when used by someone with poor menstrual hygiene things can go south
It increases the risk of exposure to bacterial infections and can lead to Toxic Shock Syndrome (TTS)
TTS, is caused by a bacteria known as Staphylococcus aureus, which ascends into the blood stream and introduce harmful toxins to blood 🩸 circulation.
Risk factors
*use of super absorbent Tampons
*using for longer hours
*low quality tampon that can cause vagina irritation
So a friend shared her Terrible Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) story with me and wanted me to share this with others. As she had no idea that;
Not all period pain is “DYSMENORRHEA”

Thread 🧵...
She said; “Growing up in Nigeria, every time she complained of menstrual pain, she gets prescribed medications without further investigation.
Whereas all along what she had was Endometriosis which she recently discovered.
ENDOMETRIOSIS is a long term painful condition where tissues similar to the lining of the womb (Endometrium) starts to grow in other structures around the womb like the ovaries and the Fallopian tubes( looks like hands of the womb). Affects women of childbearing age.
