How To Get BIG Arms

(Noodle Arms 👉Bulging Biceps)

// THREAD // ImageImage
Growing up, I felt like I didn’t always fit in.

I was nicknamed “noodles arms” for my tiny frame in school.

I remember one Halloween, I was out trick-or-treating and one of the older kids from my school had come up to me, made some smart remarks, and stole my bag of candy...
As I watched him run away, I felt just a sense of embarrassment and insecurity flooding through my blood.

The truth was staring me right in my face at this moment.

I had never stood up for myself.

I had never been confident in myself.

I had never been the man I wanted to be.
So I made a promise to myself.

I was DONE being “noodle arms”

I was going to add some MUSCLE to my frame.

So what did I do?
I started binge researching.

I came across elite bodybuilders and fitness coaches.

Guys that looked like absolute tanks.

Was it possible for me too?

With my "subpar" genetics?
So I learned from some of the top coaches in the world and start practicing what they preached.

After many months of training hard and doing everything right, it all started to make sense.

There were 3 key activators of muscle growth...
If you "turned on" these 3 activators, you would grow muscle PERIOD.

If you didn't "turn on" these 3 activators, you wouldn't grow muscle.

Genetics don't matter

Situation doesn't matter

Equipment accessibility doesn't matter

What are these 3 key activators of muscle growth?
Activator #1: High-Intensity Training

Muscle growth is an adaptation in response to stress.

That means you must FORCE muscle growth to happen.

Train close to failure. Train to failure. Train past failure.

If you fail to do so, your muscles will fail to grow.
Activator #2: Progressive Overload

Progressive overload is the practical route to consistent high-intensity training.

How it's done:
1) Track your workouts
2) Increase at least 1 intensity metric every workout

Intensity metrics include: weight, reps, sets, & form
Activator #3: Proper Nutrition

You can't out-train a shitty diet.

To grow muscle we need 2 things with our nutrition:
>> Sufficient protein (generally 1g per lb of bodyweight)
>> Sufficient calories (80-120% of your caloric maintenance)

BOOM.
Example 👇

Matues, NCAA Athlete with hopes of getting into the NFL

He grew frustrated after years of hard work being unable to shake the "skinny fat" body

He knew he NEEDED to change something

Then he came to me and we executed the 3 activators of muscle growth to perfection Image
P.S. I'm looking for 3 more people to work closely with to get BIG arms.

- I will design systems for your training, nutrition, & accountability
- You will get 24/7 access to me
- You will transform your body PERIOD

Alcohol Poisoning Changed My Life

(I was never the same man after this)

// THREAD //
I woke up & didn’t even remember how I got there.

I was confused & dazed.

Just as I was about to get up, a nurse entered the room.

She told me I had alcohol poisoning.

A moment of shock hit me.

This sense of disgust began to flood through me.

I hated the man I had become.
I took a hard look at myself in the mirror.

And this is what I saw

- a beer belly
- noodle arms
- throw up on my shirt

And ultimately, a FRAUD.

This is not the man I had set out to become.

I was letting my friends, family, and myself down.

Shy Kid Gives Speech In Front Of Crowd Of 80+ People

(How To Activate Confidence)

// THREAD //
Growing up, I was an introvert.

I would rarely speak up & I hated talking to strangers.

I would be even so shy as I wouldn't want to ask my teachers if I could use the restroom.

Flash forward: I'm at my sister's wedding and I have to give a speech in front of 80+ people...
Am I nervous at this moment?

No.

I am excited.

HOW?

Let's rewind a little bit as to what happened before we got here.

- I was broke
- I was deathly shy
- I hated what I saw in the mirror

This all changed in a hurry 👇
