The Simple 6-Step Framework To Conquer Your Health.

A thread on how to stop neglecting your health, without feeling overwhelmed.

// THREAD // Image
1. Figure out what it is YOU truly want.

Not what those around you want or expect from you.

You need to get clarity.

Do you want longevity? Simply lose some weight?

Be a better entrepreneur? A better parent?

Your call!

Meditate on this daily, and define your health goals.
2. Eat foods that actually exist in nature.

It's easy to overcomplicate nutrition.

Let's keep it SIMPLE:

- Eat a max of 3 meals a day consisting of REAL foods
- If your grandma ate it, go ahead and eat it
- Avoid anything processed/seed oils
- Don't snack in between meals
I broke down some of these pillars in the FREE guide I created for hyper-busy achievers like yourself.

Grab it here.

3. Exercise and learn to enjoy it.

Yes, I get it: you're busy as f*ck.

Do it anyway.

And I'm not talking about doing endless cardio to lose fat.

Fat is burned in the kitchen, and by increasing muscle mass.

Include daily walks for your mind, not just for your body.
4. Implement fasting into your week

Example:

- Stop eating today at 8pm
- Break your fast tomorrow at 12pm
- 2 meals, no snacking in between
- Prioritize proteins and natural foods
- Consume coffee, tea, water.

Say hello to feeling superhuman.
5. Connectedness

Yes, you're driven, but you won't last if you're going at it by yourself.

Your circle will be of vital importance.

Call or text someone you haven't talked to in a while.

Make time for your loved ones.

Your wins won't matter if you're winning by yourself.
6. Back To Nature

Something I struggle with most.

Getting off this chair and spending more time out in the sun.

This isn't some fluffy woo-woo advice.

Guys, we aren't programmed to spend 16 hours a day inside, under artificial lights!

GET OUT. Absorb the sun. Feel the wind.
What do you think? Can you apply these lessons?

Don't you think it will be worth it?

All of this is perfectly possible WHILE working, while growing your business, while raising kids, etc.

Stop letting your mind tell you it's too hard.
Is this going to be easy? No.
Is this worth it? F*ck yes.

If I was able to do it, YOU can too.
I'm here to help and get you there!

DM me, let's talk and see how we can get you the health, the energy and the confidence you deserve.

Stop being addicted to cheap dopamine hits.

Struggling To Stick To A Healthy Lifestyle?

6 Reasons why workaholics ≠ high performers.

// THREAD //
1. You say there's no time.

Let's be honest here: there is always time.

You still watch TV, you still jump on social, etc.

What you need is a framework that creates good habits.

Once you have a blueprint, making time gets easy.
2. You think your health isn't that bad.

After all, Bob is 50 lbs. heavier than you.

And Rose only sleeps 4 hours a night.

So you assume you're doing 'ok'.

Don't tolerate mediocrity.

You're creating greatness, not averageness.

15 simple tips to get healthy the right way.

Lessons I learned while losing 53 pounds.

// THREAD //
1. You start by un-learning everything.

Forget what the government, schools, news, and even your friends and family want you to believe.

Either they're making a profit off you or they simply don't know what they're talking about.

Do your own research.
2. You accept that there will be obstacles.

This allows you to prep for those bad days.

Just make sure you know WHY you're doing this.

If you mess up, tap back into your 'why' and get back on track right away.

How To Use Focus To Achieve The Goals You Fear

(The forgotten art of getting sh*t done)

// THREAD //
Your ability to focus often marks the difference between your success and failure.

It's a skill that's lacking in a lot of us these days.

Thank you smartphone addiction.

This thread has tips to:

- Boost your mindset
- Increase earning ability
- Improve odds of success
We were never taught how to concentrate in school, and focussing on tasks we don't enjoy is really difficult.

Sadly the tasks we don't enjoy reap the greatest benefits though.

The good news is: your concentration is like a muscle.

You can practice and train it to be better.
