Today is a bad day for democracy.

I knew when these corrupt and mendacious bastards got to power, they would do things we would find appalling.

But to see them nakedly following Trump into the voter ID lie, and have ALL our Press complicit?

Whatever we were, we are no more.

And if you happen to read this before you or a less aware loved one is gaslit into yet another #Johnson mania, ask yourself this.

If electoral interference is the problem,

WHY is the voter ID bill the answer?

Oh you want to know what could we do instead if our priority were really free and fair elections, and ensureling all participate in Democracy as a matter of principle?

ID cards are themselves subject to fraud in ways secure list identification is not.

If Press is bad, Online is crisis. Advertising illegal and fraudulent anywhere else doesn't pass even basic tests.

Small donations by business are fine. When you can't tell who's actually PM anymore?

You must ensure distribution of fair and objective information and consistency of rules.
Otherwise, your electorate hasn't given consent, you've abused them taken it and fled justice.
