- We go to the gym and do physical exercise to stay healthy, but somehow the same importance is not given to our mental health ( Predominantly our brain! )
-Intelligence is not a fixed characteristic that you are simply born with, it's a training given to your brain on how to process and possess the information it's presented with

- To simply put, intelligence is a trait on how perceive the happenings around us and how we react
- Simple brain exercise are easy to do with limited space and from home itself

- Writing a gratitude journal, a powerful self help technique too

- Reading book outside your common interest area and taking notes from it

- Solving puzzles like jigsaw, crossword, sudoku
- Trying to learn a new art, language or a skill it can be anything which you found difficult to pursue

- Practicing left handedness, like buttoning your shirt, brushing the teeth, trying to write and gardening using left hand out of normal routine
If you can't follow these above and finding it childish by some sense

Do practice this thoppukarna / Yogic cross stretch exercise involving your both of the ears

- Simple Yogic practice improves the condition and leaves you with improved cognition

-If practiced daily one can reach an excellent level of tranquility where nothing can mentally harm them despite how dire danger it's outside

How to identify original N95 Mask

N95 is a USA regulatory mask standard by NIOSH - regulatory authorities (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health)
N: This is a Respirator Rating Letter Class.

N stands for “Non-Oil” meaning that if no oil-based particulates are present, then good to use this type mask in the work /living environment

Other masks ratings are

- R (resistant to oil for 8 hours) - P (oil proof)
95: Masks ending in a 95, have a 95 percent efficiency.

N 99 have a 99 percent efficiency.

N 100 have a 99.97 percent efficient and that is the same as a HEPA quality filter
