#ICYMI: During a congressional hearing this week, #FBI Director Christopher Wray discussed how end-to-end encryption threatens the FBI’s mission to protect the American people from federal crimes, including crimes against children, cyberattacks, and terrorism.
Wray: We are concerned that ... no matter how bulletproof or ironclad the legal authority, no matter how compelling the facts and circumstances, no matter how horrific the crime ... we will not be able to get access to the content that we need to keep people safe.
Wray: What we have been suggesting ... is for the companies themselves to build in a way to have legal access when confronted with a proper legal authority so that they can get access to information and provide it in response to a warrant or a court order.

Online Shopping Scams: When you shop online, confirm whether a website is secure and reputable before providing personal and financial information. Beware of suspicious websites and advertisements that offer brand name merchandise at extremely low prices. #SlamTheScamChat@USAGov
