Masih ramai sebenarnya yang bangun lewat pada setiap hari.

Kadangkala tu, ada yang sampai terlajak Subuh 😓

Tau kan, bila kita bangun awal pagi, kita mempunyai lebih banyak masa terluang untuk menyusun perancangan pada hari tersebut.
Ramai sangat orang berjaya yang berkongsi salah satu resipi kejayaan mereka adalah bangun pada awal pagi.

Pada mereka, beberapa jam terawal selepas bangun tidur adalah waktu terpenting untuk hari yg akan dilalui.

Setiap pagi, kita bangun dengan impian & semangat untuk menjadi lebih produktif daripada hari semalam.

Tapi, rupa-rupanya impian hanya tinggal impian. Kerja makin menimbun, tapi satu pun tak siap!

1. Fokus Pada Kebahagiaan

Salah satu halangan terbesar menjadi orang yang produktif adalah pada pemikiran kita sendiri.

Menurut kajian Universiti Warwick, orang yang bahagia ni adalah 12% lebih produktif dalam persekitaran kerjanya.

Kenapa agaknya?
Kalau difikirkan, memang logik pun. Memandangkan motivasi kita akan menurun bila berlakunya gejala kemurungan.

Bila semangat rendah, memang apa pun tak jalanlah cerita dia!

So, usahakan untuk capai rasa bahagia dan tenang supaya hidup kita akan jadi lebih produktif ❤

Rupanya kurang daripada 1% daripada keseluruhan air di dalam dunia ini yang boleh digunakan dan diminum.

Ya, air yang kita buat minum, mandi, membasuh, mencuci tu semua rupa-rupanya tak sampai 1% jumlah air seluruh dunia!

Patutlah krisis air semakin membimbangkan 😰
Kebanyakan sumber air yang kita gunakan selama ni berasal daripada sungai, tasik, mata air bawah tanah dan sebagainya.

Semua ni adalah takungan air semulajadi yang akan menakung, membersihkan dan menyimpan keperluan air kehidupan dunia ni.
Takungan ni memastikan sumber air dapat disalurkan secara berterusan dengan proses-proses yang disebutkan di atas.

Dari mana pula takungan air itu menakung sumber air?

Melalui hujan dan banjir.

Tapi, semua ni terganggu apabila berlakunya kekacauan pada sistem tersebut.
