Aliens are real. They embedded their consciousness in Amazonian plants. It’s possible to access them. 🐈‍⬛
You don’t think aliens would have more advanced technology than metallic looking “spaceships”? Sufficiently advanced consciousness would be able to travel through thought.
Maybe we’re the aliens, our consciousness is a more advanced being sent down to earth to live away from the light as punishment for extraterrestrial misdeeds.
Why do people on certain substances feel “high” or like they are flying, it’s as if the true human spirit was mean to be aerial rather than earthbound, and these physical bodies are a prison of some kind.
Ayahuasca, 5-MeO-DMT, other compounds make a person feel out or body. After this jarring experience, one feels as if flying is the natural state. We aren’t supposed to be in physical bodies. That’s not our true self. We could be the aliens - trapped here in human form.
The entire conversation around aliens if classic anthropomorphism. We can only understand other beings as flying in ships (UFOs), as if 👽 could only possibly be more advanced forms of humans rather than as incomprehensible to us as we are to a grasshopper or amoeba.
Consciousness remains embodied, but in theory human consciousness could be implanted in another form. Aliens may have been implanted theirs in plants. In which case certain vines contain alien consciousness, which would be the essence of aliens. No UFOs needed.

You could experience pure bliss. Or terror like you've never known. One night I felt both.

15 bean soup is $3 still

Soak beans overnight

Next morning drain them, out into crock pot, throw in some bones and lean roast meat, which will cook down for bone broth.

Add one quart vegetable stock or water.

Low heat 8 hours.
Seasoning is your friend. Rub a whole chicken with something pre-made spice mix.

Toss in crock pot whole.

8 hours on low.

You can even throw in beans (soaked overnight first), they’ll absorb the nutrients from cooked down bones.
Carrots are still cheap and it’s a super food.

Costco has 5 pounds for almost nothing.

Chop up and toss into crock pot, they taste better that way.

"I like her but I'm not in love."

FRIENDS,

Chasing the dragon "romanic love" is one of the great scams of modernity.

Love is a drug, like is what you build a life on.

Like also evolves to marital love, as it's based on character.
Break up with your girlfriend, it will only get worse. There are men who can't attend my cigar nights as their wives all watch CNN and think there are dead bodies lining the streets.

For all nutritional purposes, we were fed dog chow as kids. GMO cereal and antibiotic poisoned cow milk. No one knew any better.
Two slices processed bread, off brand bologna, a slice of processed cheese if lucky, and topped with margarine - which the scientific consensus said was healthier than butter.

That was every kids packed lunch.
The better off kids got an individualized pack of chips and a fruit roll-up, maybe a little Debbie.

That’s how we all ate tho - about the same. Rich or poor.

Dog chow.

The sheer of scale of death and suffering is something I still can’t comprehend.
Even the men who made it back from WWI has scars spiritual and facial.

This was all pre-battlefield medicine.

During OCS we took a “class trip” to Gettysburg and walked the land of Pickett’s Charge.

“Wait that’s how people fought.”

Yes WWI was fought using the same tactics revealed by the Civil War to be suicide.

Try Zone 2.

I do one hour on stationary bike or long walks, 5x a week, and then 5-10 sprints (hills or on bike) 2x week to max out heart rate.

Shit works.

Zone 2 is really boring tho - feels like you’re doing nothing.

Good time for audiobooks. I’m doing 1 a week lately.
Great article on Zone 2
