Jared found himself ballooning up in weight after college.

He had a long-term girlfriend and started to get a bit too comfortable.

But there were multiple consequences to this.

❌He felt tired all-day
❌He lacked confidence
❌He hated what he saw in the mirror
Then, Jared realized he was going to PROPOSE soon.

He was going to have a wife and kids that would rely on him soon.

He felt like a fraud.

He knew his future family deserved so much better.
So Jared came to me.

He said he's tried tons of different diets before and nothing seemed to work.

He felt desperate to change his health & body.

Then I broke down our 3 pillars of fitness...

Jared's jaw had dropped.

Suddenly everything had made sense.
What are the 3 pillars of fitness?

Through my years of helping high-level individuals transform their bodies, I've realized there are only 3 KEY areas that matter when it comes to achieving any fitness goal.

You can do intermittent fasting or just stick to a high-protein breakfast.

Why?
