1) Who Knows @Al_Baldasaro?
2) Scorn In Coordinated Action
3) #DefeatMcAuliffeNow

Al is my hero, friend, advisor, and true compatriot. He is President Trump's Favorite Veteran. Listen to our great POTUS introduce Al.

2) @Al_Baldasaro made the most the most important introduction of my life, to General Mike Flynn. While I'm tempted to tell Al's full story, we have to skip all that and turn to the advice he gave me yesterday about the #DefeatMcCullifeNow mission.
3) @Al_Baldasaro gave me some important coaching about the Virginia Republican Party's decision to NOT run a primary this year. His fresh perspective persuaded me that I was wrong in my judgement of them.
4) @Al_Baldasaro explained that state level parties often choose to NOT run a primary in order to accomplish some important goals. One, the spend is often too high to justify. Primaries are expensive. Two, they often wound good people who suffer the consequences of the process.
5) Third, @Al_Baldasaro explained that the outcome is also often a wounded victor and that the process gives the other side tremendous fodder for the following election. Al said that he was pretty sure the Virginia Republican Party made the right choice.
6) So, on the basis of @Al_Baldasaro's advice, I'd like to apologize for the scorn I expressed to our Party, assuming incompetence when the best theory is that they did it for good reasons. I am sorry about that and will turn to Al for his good counsel again, you may be sure.
7) The really interesting point @Al_Baldasaro made was this. In a state like ours, with an open election where Republicans are encouraged to vote in Democrat primaries, voter participation becomes our greatest weapon. We MUST vote for their worst candidate. It's mandatory.
8) I realize that scorn is a very difficult emotion to empower. Consider the incoming Trump has always taken for the fact that he employs the weapon of scorn better than any politician before him ever has. Trump is the world’s greatest scorn master.
9) Before we return to the #DefeatMcAuliffeNow mission, we need to delve a bit more deeply into my developing Theory of Scorn in Action. I promise you, we have to embrace this ultimate strategic and tactical social weapon. Failure to do so is political malfeasance.
10) So far, I've identified four types of scorn:

1) Emotional Scorn
2) Spoken, or Expressed Scorn
3) Scorn in Action (You're fired!)
4) Scorn in Coordinated, Organized Group Action
11) Scorn is a very painful emotion for a loving, kind person to carry and bear. We have been taught to love our enemies. It is one of our most sacred principles and it comes in an extensive explanation from The Sermon On The Mount. Stick it through...
12) Matthew 5: 43 - 48:

"Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
13) "That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
14) "And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."
15) Clearly, we don't have the time or space to unpack that phenomenal passage, one of the greatest in all scripture. But it would appear we are 100% prohibited from feeding the emotion of scorn, and it would seem prohibited from Scorn In Action, completely.
16) Here is my reading to the contrary. I believe that there are categories where that guidance applies perfectly, and areas of life where its stringent strictures not only do NOT apply, but would be to break one's sacred obligations. I'll offer just one example.
17) We know that we are told there will be a Judgement Day. God will separate the saved from the damned. He will convey the saved to their eternal home with Him in Heaven. He will condemn the damned to the gates of Hell. I put forward that this is Scorn In Action.
18) We think of such an emotion as a far more Old Testament than New Testament, due to Christ's many passages such as those above. Yet only 5 chapters further, Matthew 10, provides an utterly different vision. Consider verses 32 & 33...
19) Matthew 10: 32 - 33

"Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven."
20) If, like me, you suffer under the burden of scorn in your heart, I cannot too strongly urge you to read the entire chapter. You simply cannot understand Christ's mission from Matthew 5 alone. You must also balance it with Matthew 10.
21) I return to my interpretation. Love is mandated where it is. Scorn is also mandated where it is. It is on the good soul's judgement to determine which commandment applies where. For Christians, it is God's judgement that is the answer. You, like Him, are also a judge.
22) Scorn is the ultimate social weapon. It is this single fact that Saul Alinsky understood this and led his followers to employ against us. He knew his side would be better at scorn than our side. And he laughed at us with Satanic glee. He said so, himself.
23) I don't think we should laugh back. I have no intention of allowing scorn to define me or become my guiding light. But I will also not allow this mighty weapon to be owned by the other side one day longer. I will put it in action. You have my word.

#DefeatMcAuliffeNow
24) We'll consider Scorn In Word and then take a break, as today's work is indeed extensive will go past my normal limit of 30 tweets.

It took me many years to face the fact that I am something of a genius of spoken scorn.
25) If you don't know this side of me, if I have been very disciplined and kept my scorn demon at bay, then you don't truly know me. I can say the most hurtful things you would ever hear. I cut quick and to the bone. When I do, I am a very bad man.
26) Many of my greatest regrets in life come from this dark and evil side of my character. Confession ends here. Bragging commences. I can nuance scorn like a master swordsman wields his blade with speed or slowness, direct or indirect attack, etcetera. Bragging ends here.
27) I am a qualified Scorn Instructor. I can teach you how to access and deploy your inner Scorn Powers. The most important of them is word. Mastery of facial expression and body language are critical capabilities. But it is the words you speak that are most powerful.
28) You must remember, it is a fine line separating mere scorn from mighty judgement but also that judgement is the mother of all bombs in the Scorn Arsenal. Here's the ultimate example. Silence, eye contact, lowered breathing, in a slow, low pitched voice you say, "You lied."
29) You're wrong. No, that's not right and here's why. I disagree. Of course you may think that but that does not make you right. I don't believe you demonstrate, let alone prove that statement. You're exaggerated. You have distorted the facts. I can no longer trust you.
30) Alas, friend, we're no longer friends. I've always like you, and I still do, in fact a great deal. We had some great laughs. But I've discovered that you are not loyal, do not have my back and you're too dangerous to me through your self-centered focus in all things.
31) Do you see? I can do this all day. And I believe you can too. The problem most Scorn Students face is called Repression. We don't like to think of ourselves this way (see above), so we shove such thoughts deep down into our subconscious. I teach people how to find that place.
32) But you don't need me. You can do this completely on your own and here's why. You are programmed this way. Hard wired. You are not solely a human being, you are also an animal. All combat requires us to access our inner predator and release him.
33) You are also a Master Speaker. You've been doing it all your life. Again, the problem is that you've allowed a wall to be built your soul that's neither your creation nor your fault. You have been programmed to separate your speaking from your animal nature.
34) The programming is simple to do and easy to understand. Whenever anyone in power holds Matthew 5's message over your head and tells you have failed to comply but does not empower you with Matthew 10, they have added a line of code to your program.
35) The best first step I've yet found to give to my students is this. Focus on the word Satisfaction. If you wish, you may add the word evil in front, or guilty, etc. But the objective is to find in your past the moments of greatest satisfaction when winning a verbal combat.
36) The key is to find it, feel it again, but now begin to deprogram yourself. Look at the satisfaction you felt and are reliving and try to remove all judgement against yourself over it. If you can, begin to revel in this new way of looking at your power.
37) To the victor go the spoils. You deserve the credit you earned by your superior verbal capability in that moment. I promise you those moments are there. I promise you that if you find them and follow my instructions, it will help you greatly.
38) Okay class, it's time for a break now. A bit of light stretching and a second pot of coffee are wonderful. Some cleansing breathing to relieve your mind. Enjoy. Class will pick up again turning to Scorn In Individual Action. Mind, Action, not just Words.
39) Thanks for sticking with me, let's get started now on Part 2 of today's class. We turn to Scorn In Individual Action. And let me start out with some examples:

* You're grounded.
* You were prohibited from coming to this rock concert tailgate party. You're coming home now.
40) Continued examples:

* If you don't bring up your grades, I'm going to have to inform the coach you can't play on the football team any longer.
* Give me your keys, no you're not driving home in this condition.
* No, actually, I don't like your girlfriend, sorry.
41) There are some elements to notice from the pattern of examples above. First, they all flow from judgement. Oh, better handle that one. Judge not that ye be not judged. And I counter, Ephesians 6:1 - 3...
42) Ephesians 6: 1 - 3

"Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth."
43) I admit my case here is a bit subtle. You see the promise there, obviously, right? Live long on the earth. Awesome promise! But it is absolutely conditional. If you don't obey you won't live long on the earth is the threat gently coded in. Follow?
44) If you're having a hard time with that decoding, either just put it away for now and come back to it on your own later, or maybe spend some time with Ephesians 6 right now. As with Matthew 10, it is positively mandatory reading. The entire chapter again.
45) I propose that, again, as with scorn itself, judgement is absolutely a moral mandate, in the right place and time, and has copious Biblical examples and commands to ensure that there's no doubt. Context friends, and seeking and finding the entire message, not just part.
46) All the examples above were statements of judgement and that is the key to turning words into actions. When you have found a truth, a fact, and perhaps have discussed it amply already, facts must convert into action, not just words anymore, now.
47) Another great word here is Decision. Words are for consideration, that is, words alone. When the time comes for action, you must make a decision. It must be firm, hardened, implacable, immovable, now. You must be hard, not soft.
48) Other words are:

* Determined
* Unbending
* Unyielding
* Fierce
* Decided - I really love this one!
49) You must look again at your programming. Here's an example I utterly detest. I'm 9 years old, I stand up to go to the bathroom. It's not in the time when the teacher is teaching, it's in work time. Scopelliti, I hear, you did NOT ask permission. Guess what I did...
50) I didn't say a word or slow my pace and went to the bathroom without permission. Guess what the teacher did. Gave me a spanking with a piece of wood decided for purpose. What were those called? In front of the entire class. My friends, that is programming.
51) After my spanking was finished, my voice dripping with pained scorn as soon as I stopped crying, I requested permission to go to the Principal's Office. Even then, I knew that request could not be denied. It was granted. You should have seen the look on her face.
52) The principal was, to me then, old, tall, a bit overweight but in a manly way, and not obese at all. He face was a bit cragged, but there was a softness in his eyes that countered the otherwise somewhat grizzled look of power he always wore.
53) He encouraged me to speak and I did. I couldn't help buy pour my little heart out to him, explaining through both tears and sobs, how WRONG this all was. I should NOT have to request permission to go to the bathroom. I was a human being with rights, I stated.
54) I had an amazing vocabulary for a nine-year old. I explained that the use of physical violence in discipline was an archaic and evil practice. And to shame me in that manner in front of my peers was designed to do nothing but subdue me into surrender. And, it wouldn't work.
55) Through my dissertation he gave me the great gift of listening in perfect, fully attentive silence. When I was finally finished, he allowed me to calm, slow my breathing, and return within myself. He was clearly watching carefully, still in complete silence.
56) Once he determined the moment, he very gently, and in a very gentle voice leaned forward. Pat, he said, you're right. I agree with you. I am sorry for what happened and I hope you can accept my apology. I will speak with your teacher. Her name, by the way, was Miss Wong.
57) He then asked me if I felt I could go back to class or if I needed more time. I needed only a couple of more minutes, I answered. We stayed in his office briefly, again in complete silence. I looked up and nodded then, and he said, one more moment, please.
58) He grabbed a small pad designed for interoffice memos, wrote a very short note, folded it, and asked me, would you hand this to your teacher, please? And, please don't read it, okay? And that was that. Well, it was also the only year Miss Wong taught at our school.
59) I am obligated to share that many decades later I was able to find forgiveness in my heart, to some degree. My approach to forgiveness is another topic, and how I granted some to Miss Wong is another story for another day. Looking back, my heart does go out to her, though.
60) Sadly, I don't yet recall my principal's name. I will. I can easily go ask my many friends from those days, over at Facebook, and if I don't remember it will. But I want to give my mind some time to add his name to his face and demeanor which I so clearly see in memory.
61) So why the long story in such minute detail? Here's why. It was that memo he wrote that defines the step from word into action. It was also all his many gifts in behavior, his respect and pained but manly quiet. He is obviously a distant hero from my past, and I thank him.
62) You may be completely certain that as he respected me, he scorned and judged this troubled young woman. He was ashamed of her and, obviously, he was very proud of little me, precocious little me. I hope it's obvious that I am proud of little me, too.
63) You too have been scorned wrongfully. You have been humiliated and shamed. Here we must be clear. There really is evil, unrighteous scorn, undeserved, cold, cruel, and riddled with malice and power hungry. It is this scorn which must be met with scorn in return.
64) Why does the Old Testament command an eye for an eye? Look at it from a different view. We know we must fight fire with fire, there is no other way. Sure, we use water and such too, where we can. But no outdoor fireman would remove fire from his tool kit.
65) The answer is both clear and simple when you're ready for it. Here it is, in moving from scornful words to scornful action, we return righteous scorn for the evil scorn that preceded. There's a more Matthew 5 rule to follow also.
66) In word or action, never be first to be scornful. Don't do it. Be kind. Be strong and resilient. And allow your enemy to heap a bit more scorn on you that you want to allow. Do not pounce. Wait. If you listen, your heart and the still small voice will tell you when to turn.
67) Then, in word or action, be 100% certain the scorn you heap is righteous and not evil scorn. You do not return kind for kind. That fails utterly. We do not want firemen starting new forest fires. We use strategic fire to protect and safeguard homes and communities.
68) We don't start fires, we finish them, we end them. We don't start scornful, verbal combat, we finish it. Righteous scorn in return for evil scorn. This is the honorable strategic warrior's way in verbal combat. And your might will be known, my friends. I promise.
69) To complete this 3rd form of scorn, we must turn to the term Tone. You want to very, very carefully watch your tone. I mean it. When you go into words - which again are the most powerful weapons - never, ever ratchet the tone. Diminish tone, do not build it up.
70) Consider insults. They are critically important. Again, the greatest Insult Warrior on earth is Trump. He heaps coals of scorn on his enemies and just about always ratchets the verbal combat up, by a self-stated factor of 10. Notice something subtle here.
71) Trump is a counter puncher. Hit him, he hits you back 10 times harder. Do you see he's following the never go first rule? But why does he get to ratchet everything up and here I'm telling you to never do that?
72) Context again. He's fighting to save America against the most powerful and evil forces on earth. You are most of the time not doing precisely that. He does get to play by different rules than we, his followers do. He is also risking more than we can imagine.
73) One more difference. Look at his skill set. And look at how he is always ready to come back to the table, face an enemy and offer to convert to being friends. Consider his relationship to Ted Cruz as a key example. And in negotiations, consider his relationship to Nancy P.
74) When we too closely mimic him, not having his skills, power, position, obligations, and risk, we end up looking like buffoons. If we don't have the skills he has, we must not pretend we do. For us, the rule of hardened will but soft delivery has extraordinary benefit.
75) As you may know, my true role model is Don Vito Corleone. It is, by the way, my analysis that the great Don's favorite scripture passage was in fact The Sermon On The Mount. That is an analysis for another day, too, sadly. But I have excellent reasons for the proposition.
76) Action is as filled with tone as are words. Consider the difference between a slap and a punch. Consider leaning forward and stepping in, close, or leaning backward and stepping back also. These actions roll up into your combat profile as a warrior.
77) The ultimate mandate here, in combat tone, is the term Proportion, or the Principle of Proportionality. Trump exhibited that as no other leader I've ever seen when he cancelled the strike on Syria. It was just equipment. You don't kill people over equipment. Remember?
78) My teacher demonstrated disproportionality. She should have sent me immediately to the Principal's Office. She should not have spanked me. It was not a proportionate response.
79) It is an immutable law of justice that the punishment must not exceed the crime. Take that as your guide to employing, to deploying righteous scorn. Never be more scornful than the scorn you received, precisely as you must, as Trump does, never go first.
80) Let's see now, class, is there any fundamental of righteous scornful individual action I've left out? Let me think...

Oh yes, damn it, I knew I'd left something out.

The power of scorn must penetrate all the way to your very identity. I'll try to go fast...
81) Remember, scorn is the most powerful weapon in the entire arsenal of social power? To get good at righteous scorn you will have to practice, over and over, making every possible mistake along the way. You won't be good at it at first. Nothing this difficult is ever easy.
82) I warn you, you will attract verbal warriors with far greater skills instantly upon starting out. They will kick your butt and you will be shamed, and often in front of others. Your fears will explode and the horrors of the embarrassment and humiliation defy measure.
83) This form of combat will enter your dreams in the form of terrible nightmares. Sure, the famous showing up to high school in the buff, etc., type dreams, yes. But for worse. Mortification is the most potent of all dream weapons our demons wield against us.
84) Yet again we know, steel sharpens steel. Would you be strong? You must be hurt. Want to be truly strong? You must face the greatest hurt. It will never stop hurting, either. As time goes by and mastery grows, the pain is reduced by never gone.
85) All of this means you must embrace the power of scorn all the way down into the very deepest parts of your soul which we call Identity. This is the verbal warrior's mandate. You must master this art, and no art is ever mastered other than by your identity itself.
86) The warrior's creed is that you run toward the hurt and not away from it. Wounded, you often go right back in and get hurt some more. Pain? I ain't got time to bleed. Are you going to get killed? Then this is a good day to die. We have to talk about that.
87) Social death is every bit as real as physical death, and many argue it's far worse. I'll share that due to coming out for Trump I lost half my coaching clients. That is a form of social death. It didn't kill my business, but it was a mortal threat to my practice.
88) I have since rebuilt, but it really is a new practice even though I'm doing the exact same work. I am a new practitioner. I am hardened and altered. The me that practiced before went through a death experience. This me is the resurrected version.
89) That's why I always warn my scorn students, if you move forward you are going to completely alter the risk factors in your entire life. Family members will judge you and some will even end their relationship to you over this. "He who will not leave his father and mother..."
90) Again, to be hard you must first be hurt. The wounds will many times fester and grow infected. When scabbed over, they're often completely unhealed within. You will lose friends. This is the only path to verbal combat proficiency. Without the loss, you're not there yet.
91) For the believers in this class, you will have to pray about all of this. You must seek divine guidance. You must analyze your risks and face them as early as possible. If you find you are called, we will fearfully welcome you into our corps.
92) Fearfully because we know what's coming. We won't know that you'll have the right stuff. We won't know that you won't get killed. We'll be afraid to like you too much because losing you will hurt so much. Fearful because we care and hate your pain but know you must have it.
93) Remember, at all times, to stay or go will be your choice. We may reject you and tell you to go, but you still won't have to obey. You can stay if you choose to, no matter what we say to the contrary. Tapping out is always your choice, absolutely.
94) I hope you can see I've earned my Scornful Warrior's Uniform and wear it proudly. For those of you who join me, I will be testing your identity at every step. You have been warned and informed. Enter carefully if you will.
95) And that's all for today. I hope to offer some office time for after-class questions now, but I may get pulled away. If you're up for it tomorrow we'll turn to the 4th weapon, Coordinated Scornful Social Warfare in action. I hope you can join us. Thank you, class dismissed.
Thread ends at #95.

Virginia Republicans, Let’s Win Now & In November Too

We have the power to turn the Democrat primary. Between now and June 8, if every single Republican in the state of Virginia votes against McAuliffe, defeating him is a massive win.
2) You don't have to know much about McAuliffe to know he's poised be our next Governor. We are, right now, a DEEP BLUE state. The four other candidates running against him are not running against him. They are merely cosmetic.
3) Let's look at a Chaos Theory approach. Our ONLY job is to get Republicans to vote for any Non-McAuliffe candidate in the June 8 primary. It's likely a tough sell, and very possibly an impossible one. Maybe our side is simply too demoralized.

Turning Scorn Into Strategy, Organization, Action

Since my encounter with the good volunteers at the local Voter Registration Office last Monday, a strategy has been brewing. If it is birthed, it will be my very first state-level analysis.
2) It's a familiar emotion, now. I feel itchy. A new clarity is emerging, and when it is born, it will mean action. While I've never felt this at the state level before, I felt it for my nation continuously since 2016.
3) Before I can walk through the little almost-baby strategy, I have to talk a bit more about scorn itself. Here in the great state of Virginia, it is not possible for me to not feel scorn for the Republican Party I'm trying so hard to join.

Nonviolent Political Defiance Action…NOW!

The first thing we have to do, today, is reach out - ALL OF YOU - to the incredible but too often silent, great @Anonymo94924320. If you haven't followed him, do. And check out this meme he sent me! Image
2) We have a lot of work to get done today. A lot. It may take more than my now-standard 30-Tweet limit. We'll see. To dive in, we're going to go deep. Seriously. Ready? Okay. Hegel - yes, the so-detested philosopher - has something we need.
3) Please bear with me. Hegel was likely the very WORST writer in the history of Western Philosophy. His students rarely do any better. Hegelian Philosophy may best be compared to language as spaghetti. And no tomato sauce either. Just boring, bland, cooked spaghetti.

#FromDictatorshipToDemocracy – Chapter 5: Exercising Power

This chapter (and especially page 44) has truly slowed my 2nd reading of this book, dramatically. I won't fully know why till I'm on the other side of the speed bump.
2) Perhaps part of the answer comes from this quote on the next page: "Nonviolent struggle is a much more complex and varied means of struggle than is violence."

Let's ponder what that means.
3) Complexity and simplicity can be defined by very simple math. It can be reduced to more than (>) vs less than (<) each other. A pencil with graphite and wood is a simpler thing for its 2 parts, than is a pen with its tip, ink source, casing, etc. The pencil is simpler.

#FromDictatorshipToDemocracy – Chapter 4: Exercising Power

Here's a list from page 45. It isn't an easy list to unpack.

The Categories of Weapons in Political Defiance:

1) Psychological
2) Social
3) Economic
4) Political
2) I think what I have to do is make it very personal. I know a great deal about psychology. For instance, I know how be respectful on the path to earning respect, and I can do this with enemies at will. I also know how to agree and disagree, gently yet forcefully.
3) Further, I also know how to introduce myself and initiate friendships. I have a list of local sheriffs I've been procrastinating reaching out to. I must STOP procrastinating. I can be a powerful friend. I will reach out to a minimum of 1 per day till my list is complete.

#FromDictatorshipToDemocracy – Chapter 4: Dictatorships have Weaknesses – Closing Case

Young fool that I was, I had NO idea of the power of showing my work when I was in school. I just hated rules and authority and rebelled over every little thing. ImageImage
2) For instance, how do you know how to note the day? Is it month first, or date first? I don't know, do you? As you can see in my pictures, I got it wrong, but, AHA!, I corrected my error. In this school, where we show our work, that's a badge of honor!
3) Another thing we do is quote our authors. We do NO plagiarism here. None. We attribute. And that's what we're going to do right now. I'm going to quote the points I underlined and dated. We love our authors here, and credit them every chance we can.
