Answer 1:

First, there is nothing like "Allopathy". Allopathy is a term used by the

Wikipedia says

"The terms were coined in 1810 by the inventor of homeopathy, Samuel Hahnemann. It was originally used by 19th-century homeopaths as a derogatory term for heroic medicine"
Q. What is "Heroic medicine" ?

"Heroic medicine was based on the belief that disease is caused by imbalance among the four "humours" (blood, phlegm, yellow bile, and black bile) and sought to treat disease symptoms by correcting that imbalance"

Ref: @Wikipedia
In fact the more you read about heroic medicine more you will realize the "heroic medicine" sounds more and more like Ayurvedic medicine.
So basically Allopathy was used for heroic medicine which is basically a European form of Ayurvedic medicine. So basically, "Allopathy" or the "Other medicine" for India is Ayurveda.
What the Dhongi Baba is referring to is "Modern medicine". Modern medicine is based on the concept of a clinical trial which is used to remove the element of bias.
Medicine A is effective of disease E because a series of clinical trials have proven beyond doubt that medicine A is effective. If medicine A was NOT effective in clinical trials, it will NOT be in the market.
Next. Coming to the question, the Dhongi Baba asks, What is the long term stable treatment of Hypertension and it's complications ?
First and foremost, the concept of Hypertension itself comes from Modern medicine. Hypertension is high blood pressure which is measured by sphygmomanometer. Did this device exist in the vedic times ? I wonder
Coming back to the question at hand, the answer is simple - "Anti-hypertensive medications"
Anti hypertensive medications or "BP medicines" which millions of people take including almost all politicians in India, are prescribed because they have proven in clinical trial that they not only reduce the BP, but also reduce it's complications
Here is a list of several clinical trials of commonly used Modern medicine drugs in which provide long term and "stable" reduction in the risk of developing heart attack and stroke.

healio.com/cardiology/lea…
Quoting from @UpToDate
"In large-scale randomized trials, pharmacologic antihypertensive therapy, as compared with placebo, produces a nearly 50 percent relative risk reduction in the incidence of heart failure, a 30 to 40 percent relative risk reduction in stroke...
...and a 20 to 25 percent relative risk reduction in myocardial infarction"

Meaning the BP medicine reduce complication by several folds
In simple words, taking BP medicines have PROVEN to reduce the risk of heart failure by 50%, Stroke लक़वा by 30-40% and heart attack दिल का दौरा by 20-25%

Q. What are steroids ?

Steroids are organic compounds with four rings in a very specific molecular configuration.

They are extensively found in plants and animals

This thread will tell you how Quackery works...
Step 1: Quacks understand the market needs. If patients find oncology treatment painful and expensive, they will 'create' a product for cancer. Quacks understand entrepreneurship
Step 2: Once the "area of need" is identified, quack delivers a product that is relatively cost-effective (and largely ineffective). It could be a mixture of "herbs", "natural product", some fancy-sounding "diet"

Karyotype must be offered to all women presenting with Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI)
There is no age cut-off per se for ordering a karyotype in women with POI. In a study, more than 30% of women with abnormal karyotype were more than 30 years of age!
Additionally, when you order a karyotype in women, it is also imperative to order FISH to look for Cryptic Y chromosome material

It's not about what is legal and what is illegal. Everything that is 'legal' is not morally right and everything that is illegal is not morally wrong
It's about creating a system that fools thousands of young boys and girls to take up BHMS only to realize that there is little or no market for it when they finish the course
Many of these homeopathy colleges are owned and run by politicians or their cronies basically to fleece young people of money
