I call it sheer volume overwhelming the small number of available slots.. 1/2

In all honesty, the system worked for some !! We are aware of those who got through, and confirmed registration !! Well Done 👍🏻👍🏻

In fact, I believe Penang slots were all taken up by 1.15pm.. 1 hour after reopening at 12.15pm.

Now, seems to be a #PostScript to the #AstraZenaca 2.0 Registration ytday.. many thought it's a real sham.. understandable, esp if we thought we missed the boat..
