AG Dutta says he does not have details and asks for copy of reply.
Bench suggests why not appoint an officer and include Tibrewal in that committee and ensure that people are allowed to enter their houses.
This does not need to be contested.
Justice Soumen Sen says "irrespective of what Tibrewal has said, it is duty of state irrespective of religion caste or politics to ensure that every citizen is able to stay in his house. What is the difficulty in that."
Tibrewal says she will take the people to their house. Please ensure that there is some protection.
Justice IP Mukerji also agrees.
AG Dutta says he need a copy of affidavit in reply so that he can get details.
Acting CJ says let copy be supplied to Dutta and court will hear the matter tomorrow.
AG Dutta maintains that allegations in this case are all wrong.
I am going to plead for imposition of costs in all these petitions: Dutta
Dutta says he will look into all these incidents.
Matter to be taken up on Monday.
