One thing we want to convey to SG Tushar Mehta.

Yesterday we said we will hear recall application first. Now issue is we had stayed bail granted by special court. It can't be disputed some issues in recall application and main petition might be overlapping: CJ Rajesh Bindal

SG Mehta opposes the suggestion. Mehta expresses apprehension there might be more hooliganism. Also expressed apprehension the main case could go into cold storage.

Dr Singhvi says how factory farming of animals for meat is creating ecological problems. It has led to movement where meat eaters should have meat which is not factory farmed.

Kalyan Bandhopadhyay says this is applicable to meat. Not fish. Here we get good Hilsa and country chicken. These are not factory farmed.

The grant of bail will be subject to personal bond of Rs. 2 lake and two sureties.

They should give an undertaking they won't speak to media on the case and issues relating to case: Court orders.
