My Line Sister & Soror said something real on the stepping down of Patrisse Cullors from her Executive Director position of the #BlackLivesMatter Global Network Foundation. Quote: "Smh. We just can never have anything be done right & scam free."

She made me think w/ that quote bc the left seems to keep heralding Grifts & Grifters but constantly on complaint mode wondering what the alternatives are. It's simple. There are established left orgs that are actually legit. Amplify them. Advise building orgs that are scam free.

Being a scam free org does NOT mean "being perfect." It means owning your shit, reckoning, atoning, & actually move forward from having learned the lessons. Who has actually done that in real & significant ways on the left? Um. Nobody. Let's be real.

Left organizations need to do right by people. Volunteers. Organizers. The Public. Everyone. Don't consider yourself a "leader" if you have been nothing but full of shit. (**cough** Nick Brana, Patrisse Cullors, Eynelys Garcia **cough**) The. Left. Deserves. Better. Than. Grifts!

Too many of these Grifters have been getting away with their injustices & crap bc the "Left Media (including Indie Left)" keeps giving softball & fanboy/fangirl mush brain interviews. Nobody is talking substance. Nobody is exposing the truth. Nobody is being investigative. 🤦🏾‍♀️😑

Too many "Independent Left Media Outlets" (new & established) are scared to stop running the same damn topics & story lines to elevate & mature their audiences. Can we please have better things covered than "Biden, The Squad, Podcaster/YT Host Beefs, & other nonsensical shit?" 😐

I wonder how many people actually watch themselves as much as we do. Too many in the "Indie Left Media" have acted like MSM by keeping a lot of important shit as "backpage news" or just not covering anything real bc they're scared of what would happen to likes, follows, & subs.

I get censorship is an issue but so is keeping audiences in echo chambers & crap. It's like nobody listens to their audiences when it comes to topic suggestions. It's always, "let's see what Dems are doing & talk about it." 🙄 I've honestly tuned out on a lot & gone crazy picky.

All of the Left needs to grow up. Do better. Have standards. Stop heralding grifts. Because nothing is going to continue to happen if all that we see is the same old ppl, hear the same old stuff, & do the same old shit daily. It really & truly is the definition of insanity.
