Humans are natural procrastinators.

You must counter this tendency with:

- strict deadlines
- accountability partners
- consequences & rewards

If something is a true priority, you must adopt accountability.
#4: ROLODEX OF WINS

In order for your success to breed success, you need to have some wins AND remember those wins.

Personally, I began to see clear wins in my body transformation and in my business.

The proof was building that I SHOULD be successful...
Keep a "highlight reel" of your wins on your phone and review it consistently.

You have achieved quite a bit BUT you just spend too much time thinking about the failures.

This will fix that.
#5: RAISE YOUR STANDARDS

The average adult is:

❌obese
❌in debt
❌unhappy

Average must be an unacceptable outcome in your mind.

You must accept nothing less than being:

✅Fit
✅Wealthy
✅Fulfilled

Your actions tend to align with the standards that you set for yourself.

I was confused & dazed.

Just as I was about to get up, a nurse entered the room.

She told me I had alcohol poisoning.

A moment of shock hit me.

This sense of disgust began to flood through me.

I hated the man I had become.
