#BombayHighCourt will continue hearing the writ petition filed by #ElgarParishadcase accused Hany Babu's wife, Jenny Roweena, seeking his bail on medical grounds.

#SupremeCourt to deliver judgment on a plea by a minor challenging the constitutional validity of Bye-law 69 (CBSE Bye-laws) since it prohibits correction in student or parent's name in school certificate unless such correction matches with the school records
