The heinous attack in London today confirms racism is as insidious as ever in Canada

But repulsive things like targeted slurs or vandalism are still happening daily- whether in the shadows or under our willfully blind eye- and can be the gateway that escalates to wicked violence
The one thing we've seen this month is Canadians want change to address current and past sins - but we need to actually drive that change.

Be vocal, stand up and be an ally- otherwise we'll keep spinning our tires like we've collectively done too often.
Edmonton has had at least six allegedly hate-motivated attacks on Muslims since December - those are the reported ones.

These weren't deaths, but it's violence and instills a sense of fear and terror in a community.

Kenney asked why aren't teachers being prioritized at this point.

Says rollout based on nat'l and provincial expert advice they've received.

Says they won't do this on arbitrary pressure, but on scientific advice.
Kenney says to put a healthy 25-year-old teacher ahead of a 65-year-old senior with chronic conditions would be a "real misallocation of scarce supply."

Wishes everyone could be vaccinated right now, depends on supply, but that's not improving.
Kenney asked about people going out to GraceLife.

His message to people of faith is that if you believe in the sanctity of life, please act accordingly - the virus is real, has taken the lives of 2k Albertans.
