The Financial and Healthcare Experiences Clouds seem mostly marketing to me, but hard to tell. They did say the bots are trained with industry specific terms and have sector specific integrations. But are those terms and integrations unavailable otherwise? #Opentalkmoments 2/5

The two companies have a similar vision, both have a complementary focus on customer service and experience. Genesys calls it Experience as a Service. Qualtrics calls it Experience Management. 2/9

#Section230 is confusing, thus highly misunderstood. It is about immunity and liability of online content 2/11

Before Google, Facebook, and Twitter existed, Congress passed the Comms Decency Act (96). Information sites were shifting from content creation to content hosting. The goal of #Section230 was to foster engagement, participation, and online free speech 3/11
