Here is a very useful book for those wishing to do deep dive into Tamil - a necessary capability. I skimmed it and found it **remarkably good**. Journal of Kumbakonam Advaita Sabha Golden Jubilee 1944. Book is here

Dedicated to analysis of vedic/vedantic continuum of Tamizh works. A bit deep for me, but I skimmed and got a medium-res view. Remarkable publication covers ALL tamil works. ImageImageImage
The scholarship in both tamizh and skt of the contributors is stunning in 1945. do check it out @arvindneela @jagannath @zeneraalstuff @Gopalee67 @vezhamukhan - pass it along to those who you think might be interested.
specially @tskrishnan sir also @sridharkswamy ; great source of மேற்கோள் over almost all tamil works. check it out if you already havent.

What is the 'federalist principle' ? Do you guys want a Supreme Court? "India is a Union of States" is a gramatical formation. can you say "India is a Centre of States".. the real messaging is in Tamil communicated by other #D , which yall dont understand.
Most Indians are not curious people. Why is a mere word substitution such a big issue? Who cares.. if you use one synonym or another? I certainly dont care Tomaato Tomatoe..

So there is something else there innit.. the next step requires 'curiosity'..

Very very interesting confirmation for me. Kings India connect with Dravidian outfit @louisetillin .. way way outside capability of any other regional outfit like RJD,TMC,NCP,JDS.. different level.
see you people dont know Tamil, so you have no idea what this is about.

Let me guide y'all through this @THeHindu trickery.

If picked on defamation (IPC 499) truth is a defence.

If picked on anti fos sections (IPC 153,505) truth is NOT a defence, in fact truth is THE aggravating factor, because "Truth can promote feelings of ill-will even more"
This is actually the most alarming factor in the whole #IdeaOfIndia free speech jurisprudence. "causing provocation to riot" must be an affirmative 'call to riot' not a riot in reaction to what someone said.
Next both in IPC 295 and IPC 505 what is alarming is that the idea of "Truth being an aggravating factor rather than absolute defence"

The offence is 'feelings of ill will' - lies cant do that. Only truth can. Hence true speech = punished.
