Oil Pulling - Ancient oral health practice

- Take a tablespoon full of coconut oil, swish around mouth for 15 minutes on a empty stomach

Home made HERBAL hand and vegetable wash

- Alcohol based Handwash or sanitizer causes allergy to people with sensitive skin

- Alcohol based sodium laurate based handwash can be limited to use only when you come in contact external object or surface
-Homemade Handwash are suffice for cleaning your hands and maintaining cleanliness if you are handling only household items at your home

- Plenty of methods available to make simple and efficient handwash at home
- 3-5 tsp Neem leaves / powder
- 1-2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3-5 tsp of Tulsi / basil leaves / powder
-2 tsp of rock salt crushed

- 2 tsp soap nut powder ( For foam)

Make a paste & Mix well

Add 2-3 tsp coconut oil

Optional : Lemon grass, Aloevera, elachi / Clove fragrance
