I am bombarded by emails/tweets from Uttam Value Steel. Level of ignorance is stupefying! one guy with 94.11 lakh shares has woken up today. Most others just learnt about 6-month old NCLT order extinguishing shares. Sure @SEBI_India is sleeping but so are these investors! 🤦🏻‍♀️😡
@SEBI_India Lesson No 1. Equity is Risk Capital. So forget about Ishq with your equity, you need to look at prices, results and announcements every day! Otherwise stay away!
Lesson 2: Equity market is NOT safer than a CASINO. When you play cards or go to a casino or buy a lottery ticket you expect to lose sometime. but in the market, you expect prices to go up, up and up -- hilariously enough to "protect retail investors". Wake up. Get REAL
Lesson No 3. Penny stocks which trade at a few paise with massive volumes are a recipe for disaster. Bet your shirt on them, then be prepared to lose it!! Dont whine & blame others when it collapses. Why would you invest in bankrupt companies whose stocks are being extinguished?

@MoneylifeF Even the right to change service providers, the right to your Credit Report, the right to switch mobile providers were battles someone fought to make your life safer. Technology only facilitated it. Corporates would still block the switch if they could. So wake up.

Would anyone like to guess who is India's largest corporate defaulter? Think hard. It is not Mallya, NiravModi, Not even Essar-Ruia or Sandesara, JatinMehta etc. NO ACTION taken against him by strong GOVT of INDIA!!
This is a nice exercise in basic knowledge -- 1) a defaulter is NOT someone with a huge debt. You can have a MASSIVE and worrying borrowing but that is NOT a default. This one has filed bankruptcy!
Many people are touchingly clueless about the extent of corporate default. yes, a default of Rs 8000 crore (nirav), Rs10,000 crore (Mallya) is big, but we are talking about 15 times the amount (at least) and no muscular govt action! in fact SILENCE

Thread: here’s praying nobody has to look for a hospital bed in Mumbai. Spent the last hour trying to do that despite help from a ‘group’ of hospitals! Also help people dial 1916. Our @mybmc babus have made it the 1St BIGGEST hurdle for admission @IqbalSinghChah2 @CMOMaharashtra

Mumbai is running out of hospital beds, life saving drugs, ambulances etc. But @mybmc busybissuing fatwas. Even the 7 hills facility they was working well is now under ‘administrators’. And they and babus are NOT accountable. Won’t reply to messages @UghadeSharad @AshwiniBhide

@mybmc @CMOMaharashtra @OfficeofUT @PawarSpeaks @prithvrj How many senior doctors, HODs have not turned up to work since the lockdown began. A count is required. Those who have been working, in all depts. including optal, gynac, etc need increments. Those who ran away need pay-cuts. lets be fair and reward those who worked, not others!

While hospitals like #Sion have a unique tradition of NEVER saying no to patients, many of our top hospitals are turning away patients using many excuses. A bit like police refusing to register complaints!

Really worrying feedback from young doctors in Mumbai. #ThinkAboutIt they say. No leader or sr bureaucrat wants to visit COVID hospitals in PPE. Even the investigation into #SionHospital episode will happen on Zoom or video conference! @d_s_thakur @sardesairajdeep @sanjaynagral
The doctors at #SionHospital , especially residents who do the heavy lifting are utterly demoralised at the transfer of a hard-working Dean who was desperately trying to cope in trying conditions! Insensitive Govt.
Doctors say the pressure to suppress Covid19 positive cases is enormous and the solution is NOT testing. They cite specific cases where even exposed doctors are not allowed tests under instructions from “seniors “. Morale dipping badly, cases rising rapidly. All want #BodyBags
