We Tell You Continually That You Are Light And You Arrived From The Highest Vibration To Incarnate As Human. 

In Choosing This Density Of Vibration, You Have Allowed The False Identity To Explore Every Facet Of Experience.

2. In Moments, You Are Observing The Worst Perceived Behavior In Another And In Other Moments You Are Reflecting The Same Behavior.

You Carry Energy In Your Body That Would Be Recognized By You As Negative Or Positive.

3. To Explain This Further, You May Recall A Relationship That Caused You Deep Pain. In Dealing With This, You May Have Dealt With Another's Anger By Attempting To Be The Peacemaker And Without Getting In Touch With Your Deepest Feelings, You Buried Them.

4. But They Remain Until You Face It All. You Have A Shadow Self Which Only Means You Do Not Allow Certain Feelings To Surface.

All Humans Have This Tendency As They Live And Try To Project The Aspect Of The Personality That Makes Them Feel Whole And Accepted.

5. Not Realizing The Energy That May Cause Illness In The Body, Chaos In Other Relationships And Even Explosions Of Anger Later In Their Story.

6. The Soul Is Always Propelling You Into Deep Waters And Depths Of Perception. As You Fully Grasp That You Are A False Identity That Has The Essence Of God As Your State Of Being, You Will Feel Peace And Know That You Are Always Safe.

7. Be Brave And Strong Enough To Explore Deep Within The Energy That May Lie Dormant And Is Your Own Shadow Self Waiting To Be Released. As You Complete This Process, You Will Feel Free And Much More Your True Self.

8. BE HERE. BE NOW. Breathe Deeply And Listen To The Silence Of Your Soul!

If Your Heart Gives You A Warning, If You Bristle Around Another's Energy, If Your Intuition Tells You To Run, Pay Attention!

9. Then, Become Quiet And As You Go Within, Ask Yourself What You Are Really Feeling, And Why!

Remember That Anger Turned Inward Is Depression. Are You Angry At Someone And You Have Buried It Inside?

10. Do You Have Chest Pains Or Headaches With No Reason That Makes Sense? Maybe Your Shadow Self Is Longing To Be Known And Released.

Call Out To The Light That You Really Are, To Cleanse Each Part Of Your Being And Surrounding Field.

11. To Become Such Love That Any Negative Energy Or Force Cannot Be Contained And Will Be Forced To Surface And Leave.

You Are Love! You Are Free! In Moments To Come You Will Leave This Density Of Duality.

12. You Will Become Your True Self. The One That Took You Through All Journeys And Dreams That You Believed Were Real.
