I started this account with 100-ish followers

Now I have an audience of over 33k from all over the world.

Here's 7 Dangerous tips to grow a small account

**Thread**
1) What: Tweet more

Why: Sounds simple but tweeting a ton will get you more exposure. Write tons of tweets and leave interesting comments. Engage, engage, engage!

Example: @oliviercantin
2) What: Use humour

Why: A good sense of humour makes you instantly likeable. You don't have to be the class clown, but try not to take yourself so seriously and have some fun here.

Example: @lawrencekingyo
3) What: Pay attention to formats and styles

Why: How you present your tweet is often just as important as the tweet itself. Eg How a tweet is read on mobile vs desktop is very different.

Example: @creation247 taught me this
4) What: Focus on the idea, not "writing better tweets"

Why: Good tweeting is more about sharing great ideas than it is about writing well.

Example: @OneJKMolina who taught me this lesson
5) What: Give it to them straight

Why: Everyone wants to be the guru, but no one wants to keep it real. Authenticity is the easiest way to stand out in a crowd of "cookie cutter" content.

Example: @callicrates_
6) What: Consistency is everything

Why: Each tweet has a lifespan of 15 mins max. If you want an audience, then you need to show up often and daily or you'll run the risk of being ignored and forgotten.

Example: @Psypreneur posts daily psychology tips and his walking vids.
7) What: Differentiation > Growth

Why: The key to getting more followers isn't to chase them. It's to stand out from the crowd so they flock to you.

Will go into:
> Why everyone should build a brand
> 3 pillars every profitable personal brand has (with examples)
> How to build an engaged audience (which you can monetize) for your brand

THREAD
Having a personal brand is your # 1 leverage point on the internet.

You can use your brand to:
> Build communities
> Network with power players
> Sell your own products and services
> Be your own boss
> Create opportunities out of thin air

So how do you build it?

Step one 👇
Understand there are 3 pillars to every valuable personal brand

# 1 Authority

Authority boils down to one thing "what do you bring to the table?"

What skills/lessons/experiences can you share with your audience that gives them value *before* money changes hands?

NO skills (seriously)
NO experience
NO connections
NO products or offers

//Thread//

2) Build an audience
3) Make them an offer
4) Get paid

Due to imposter syndrome and the false belief that one needs to be an expert in order to do step 1

99% don't even start.

Sick of writing tweets that flop??

Here's 4 types of tweets people are *biologically wired* to engage with.

Apply these to your tweets if you want to 10x your engagement

Quick //Thread//
1) People respond to what's NEW

Our brains are wired to seek novelty.

This doesn't mean you have to be 1000% original to stand out

You can offer an opposing opinion or add a unique spin to an existing idea.

Here's @thedankoe doing the former by going against "hustle mindset"
2) People respond to what’s ENTERTAINING

If you have a good sense of humour, are creative or just a cool person overall

Then your secret weapon is your ability to entertain your audience.

Look how @lawrencekingyo does it here:

How to build a profitable personal brand on Twitter (and make $1,000-5,000+ per month)

Discover:
> The *BEST* way to monetize your Twitter account (w/out thousands of followers, platitudes or Gumroad discounting)
> The # 1 asset you have.... but you're NOT using

**THREAD**
# 1 mistake people make when it comes to growing and monetising their Twitter account?

They are BORING.

Their profile is boring.

Their tweets are boring.

Their threads are boring.

Why is this?

Because they've read too many bad growth guides that tell them to do the same..
thing.

> Write formulaic "platitude" tweets
> Rewriting big account tweets in the hopes of a RT
> Trying to "cheat the algo" with RT groups

This WILL get you some dopamine-rich short term engagement..

But if your goal is to build an account that brings you hot leads and..

How a 10 year old kid from Ohio went from making silly videos in his backyard to headlining a PPV main event with the biggest boxing star of this generation

The story of Logan Paul

A Case Study on the Power of Building a Personal Brand in the Digital Age

//THREAD//

👇👇👇
On June 6th 2021 Logan Paul will be facing off against future HOF boxer Floyd Mayweather in a PPV event that will reportedly net him 10 million dollars (PLUS his share of PPV sales)

Not bad for a mid western kid who got his start making home videos in his backyard...
Love him or hate him, Logan Paul's success just goes to show you the value of building a personal brand on social media.

Some people laugh him off as "just a Youtuber" but the fact is this guy gets paid millions of dollars doing what most people are already doing every day...
