It went from “haha on Tucker’s claim that the NSA read his emails” to “it was incidental; not targeted.”

@kerpen @LeeSmithDC Moving the conversation from “it never happened” to “it did happen but for good reason,” does not address the fact that @TuckerCarlson knew about it because his info was spread around. “Incidental spying” is supposedly air tight. But his name was unmasked.
@JonahDispatch If this was just incidental, it would have not gotten back to @TuckerCarlson because incidental spying has rules to shut it down/keep it secret to a selective few. So MAYBE it started from incidental but more sinister stuff were at play such as unmasking.
