1. Wake up early

Between 5am - 10am, complete all your major tasks for the day. 

You have the rest of the day to do whatever you want.

Sleep by 9pm and do it all over again.
2. 3 important tasks come first

A 32yo man complained that he does 2 minor tasks first and feels fulfilled for the day 

As a result, he doesn’t do any important tasks

Wrong approach!

Do the 3 most important tasks first. You can schedule the rest of the day any way you want.
3. Hang your goals somewhere

For real!

Seeing your goals when you wake up every morning gives you that extra push to get things done.

Write them down, put them somewhere you’ll always see. Whenever you accomplish a goal, tick it off the list.
4. Workout!

This should be the first thing you do every morning.

Exercise releases endorphins that trigger a positive feeling. This feeling is enough to power you throughout the morning.

It’s how I start my day.
5. Make it a routine!

I know, you hate routines.

But if you want something to become a habit, you need routines.

For instance, @Rugged_Legacy works out every day by 3:40am.

When you build habits, nothing seems like hard work anymore.

It comes naturally…

You complete your tasks on time…

You hit your goals…

And you set bigger goals.
