Alireza Shavaroghi Farahani, Mahmoud Khazein, Kiya Sadeghi and Omid Noori were all charged w/ kidnapping conspiracy, sanctions violations conspiracy, bank and wire fraud conspiracy, and money laundering conspiracy.
Niloufar Bahadorifar was charged with sanctions violations conspiracy, money laundering conspiracy, and structuring charges.
Farahani is an Iranian intelligence official that lives in Iran. Khazein, Sadeghi, and Noori are Iranian intelligence assets.
Farahani and the intelligence network that he manages, have plotted to kidnap Masih Alinejad since June of 2020, according to the DOJ statement.
