There are literally dozens of US Capitol Insurrection cases (SO FAR) in which defendants mention.. or appear to threaten.. Nancy Pelosi. Per my review of case filings
THREAD: Let's go through just *some* of them
There's Richard Barnett who was accused of leaving a vulgar note for Pelosi, putting feet on desk in her office suite and taking her mail
Charging documents say Oliver Sarko of Ohio has video from Jan 6 saying, "Bring out Pelosi"
Leonard Ridge of Pennsylvania is accused of saying "America First B***h" upon entering Capitol and using Snapchat to say he raided Nancy Pelosi's office
Richard Harris of Florida is accused of picking up phone in Capitol and saying, "“Can I speak to Pelosi? We’re coming b*** ."
Feds allege Audrey Southard-Rumsey also said "Tell Pelosi we are coming for that b**" before shoving police sgt & pushing him into door w/ flagpole ("felt like he was being trampled")
There's the man accused of taking Pelosi office lectern
And... the woman who was accused of taking a computer from the Pelosi office suite
Oh.. and there's Hunter Palm. Feds say Palm looked at open computer on table in Pelosi offices and said "Who's good at hacking?"
And there are the other cases in which there are allegations of striking, ugly misogynistic language against a female officeholder.
It's a thread connecting so many of these cases

Accused Proud Boy & Jan 6 conspirator Matthew Greene is making argument for release from jail in Northern Neck, Virginia
Greene's attorney just argued "many people were going things out of character" on Jan 6.. and said Greene is Afghan War veteran
Greene's attorney said messages about "war' were references to "information war".. not a call to arms
Greene's lawyer is the latest person (today) to argue that his client never entered the Capitol and should be given more latitude by court because of it
Feds have been responding - strongly - to prior arguments by saying.... LOTS happened outside the Capitol on jan 6
All hell broke loose in a Jan 6 hearing today. Judge got fed up with an “anti-masker” defendant. My latest reporting ===>
I should add: His lawyer told the judge wearing the mask is too “stressful” for Goodwyn. And the lawyer apparently sent an email calling a court employee “arrogant” and “prissy”. This was a hot mess! Judge yelled at lawyer .. and laid down the law on Goodwyn too
And... there’s this. Feds say Goodwyn *chewed* through his mask during arrest. And destroyed others
ALERT - US Justice Dept prosecutor just told DC judge the feds will need til 2022 to provide all of the evidence ("discovery") needed in Jan 6 case of Timothy Hale-Cusanelli, accused Nazi-sympathizer who allegedly harassed police at Capitol
Ton of evidence & Cusanelli is jailed
"The bucket of evidence is enormous", per federal prosecutor
They warn of challenge to review and transmit evidence in usable format......
Judge hits back hard at prosecutors for arresting and seeking detention of Hale-Cusanelli considering Cusanelli is not accused of violence on Jan 6 and has no criminal history.....
Prosecutor responds violence and damage was due to "hundreds of people doing it together"
HEADS UP: Federal judge in DC has just cited "active political disputes" over the 2020 election and the protest by Members of Congress outside the DC jail yesterday (where Jan 6 defendants are being held) as a "concern" to court as it handles Jan 6 case
Judge said it was a factor in keeping some court restrictions in effect in Jan 6 case of Alex Harkrider, who's accused of being inside Capitol with tactical vest and baton
Federal prosecutors cited Donald Trump's ongoing "false claims about the election" and insinuation that "he may be reinstalled in the near future as President" as reason to keep Harkrider under restrictions
