Forget about Phelp's comments on red meat, but here are some truths:

1 You can 'get away' with a bad diet when you're young but less so when you're older
2 Many top athletes change their diet as they age, in an attempt to keep performances going, resist injury, find a holy grail
3 As athletes get to the end of their career they become more fragile not stronger, they try to find ways to stay strong and healthy
4 As far as being lean and looking boss/buff is concerned you *can* offset a very poor diet with a shit-tonne of exercise....
....but it's still not healthy, and sooner or later the amt of exercise you can/will/want to do will diminish, leaving you with your bad diet
5 Superior genetics hides multiple dietary 'sins'.
6 As an athlete you eat for performance; as a human you should eat for the long-term
7 As a normal person, be very wary about dietary protocols from athletes whose genetics are vastly superior to yours
8 Eliminating the chronic consumption of 'bad' foods (the foods that harm you) is the first and main component of improving your diet

Guru doesn't usually talk about sex, dating women or the BS term of being a 'player' - those twitter accounts are dumb and mostly set up by average looking shallow men.

However, lack of 'success' with the opposite sex is a concern for some young men.

Here's what I found out:
When I was at school I had no real interest in girls; I was quite happy talking about UFOs, ghosts and science. I was very active, playing football during break or British bulldog, 'he' or 'home'. Most of my friends had no experience with girls.
It's after I left school that I started to get attention from the opposite sex; this was quite shocking as I had little of it at school. It felt good, so I went with the flow.

However, encounters were initiated by them, not me, I had no confidence in approaching girls.

You can have the vaccines, fair enough, your choice - but you went along with the idea of passports for freedom; the fucking freedom we all had pre-covid. You haven't only restricted the unvaccinated, you have restricted yourself - the government owns you, big pharma owns you.
So now you are 'safe' (you're not) but owned, another zombie, a domesticated sub-human not worthy of the title 'homo sapien'. You give away your freedoms to people who don't care about you, profit from you, people who want to inject you because it's "good for you".

Second day of cycle, now on the Kent coast near Dungeness. One trillion pebbles.
Miles and miles of cycle routes - flat landscape with a following (warm) wind. Poppies, sea cabbage and coastal birds.

Some people contend that the Romans built straight roads along ley lines.
Cycled along the beach - the sea was faaaar out, but came rushing in very quickly as the plain was flat.

Had to be careful as signs warned of 'mud holes' - sink quickly without warning.

A WAY TO LOSE FAT (My way - not the only way)):

The worst way to lose fat is to eat less and go jogging – this hardly works and makes you a moron.

1 Eating less makes you hungry – eventually you’ll cave-in.
2: Never jog. Never, ever, jog. Run or sprint but never jog. You want to get lean. right? Jogging won’t help you. Jogging hardly uses any calories (might as well walk).

Generally,

1 Do some form of resistance training
2 Do high intensity exercise such as interval training
3 Eat no more than two meals a day
3 Reduce the carbohydrate content of your diet i.e. bread, pasta, rice, pizza, cakes, desserts, sweets. Eat as much meat, fish, eggs, non-starchy vegetables as you like.
