Adv Prashant Bhushan: We have no objection to relieving these officers. No objection to 2 officers being relieved
Adv Prashant Bhushan: there is some problem with mentioning for urgent listing. I have heard from other lawyers that we file urgency application and mentioning branch says its forwarded but its languishing
CJI: I dont want to give any priority to the senior counsels that is why mentioning officer is there. So there is parity.
Bhushan: I asked if i can mention before CJI since its not getting listed, I was told that's not the system
CJI: you can automatically mention if it ios rejected. Present a specific case i will look into it.

ASG: He is a person who has been very seriously accused. Due to not acceptance of bribe, that judge died under very serious circumstances, these are all instances that weight against cancellation of any condition imposed
