Another algorithm gone wrong. Another company saying “well we didn’t mean for you to use it that way.” When people’s lives are at risk, you damn well better think through every worst case scenario.

We have the power to change algorithms and design them in a way to make sure they work in the right way.
Stop passing the blame to the user. Understand how they intend to use it. And then fix it. /end
